Get your hb and blood sugar done. Hope you are not overweight. Try to improve your stamina gradually with small increments daily in your working capacity. Take a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. If I doesn't improve in 10 days go to a medical specialist to rule out any disorder. At such a young age this is bad.

Mayb you have an allergy. You need to run blood, urine and stool tests coupled with an examination, you vil get the exact treatment. Its hard to tell without seeing your problem. Anyways, avoid fresh cow milk, egg, nuts of all forms, shrimp, prawn, mackerel.

your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i.e dairy products,non-veg,fruits(banana,dates,mango,anzeer.)go for gym for 1 hour everyday. after this if your weight remain same . it means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i.e thyroid profile.

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.

Dear lybrate user, rinse your mouth with warm salt water 3-4 times daily to reduce the swelling. Take a pain killer if required. Avoid brushing hard in that area. Buy a soft toothbrush and save your teeth and gums by brushing gently using proper technique.

Hi lybrate-usertips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details and do understand the concern. All the activities that you have mentioned are good to help maintain a good general health. But at your age (26 years), the linear growth is unlikely to occur, because the bone length stops increasing by completion of 18 years. Exercise may help in adding a centimeter or two at the most because of muscle growth. You should have done all these activities before the age of 18 years (around 15 to 17 years). I am sorry to disappoint you. But I am stating the facts. Thanks.
