I am having problem in regular motion. Can anyone give tips for daily free motion? What kind of food habits do I need to follow?

It is very important that you increase the quantity of cow ghee in diet. It will make daily motions regular. Have a habit of chewing on a mix of saunf, jeera & ajwain after food. Drink water boiled with ginger throughout the day. Have light & easy to digest meals. Sleep early.

Low BP is not a disease as such and the feeling can be due to mistaken ideas that BP is low and some symptoms which are normally seen . You have to measure the BP and then only say it is low and the cause can be found out

I'm having breathing problem. I feel like I cant breath, or uneven breathing. Sometimes sweat and feel hot, vertigo, feeling of getting faint, and cant sleep either. I have asked physician and he prescribed montelukast tablet, avamys nasal spray, and some one a month injection related to nasal infection or something. But it doesnt seem to help. And Its been 8 months. I have done spirometry test and thetest says i'm fine.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

It may be due to acute tonsillitis. Please do gargle with warm water with salt 3-4 times a day. If it persisits even after 3-4 days. You may need medication.
