Redness can be due to sun/uv rays. Protect your face in sun, apply broad spectrum sun screen. -eat sugar free chewing gum, it is good to shape jaws. -do the following exercises: 1. Pout and move your mouth portion left to right ten times and repeat it 10-12 times. 2. Wide open your eyes, mouth, teeth, raise your eyebrows and stretch the whole face like this, five times for 10 seconds each.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, Metformin is an insulin sensitizer and is usually prescribed in women with Polycyctic ovaries. It helps in improving hormonal profile, cycle regularity and increases the chances of pregnancy. It can be safely continued even in pregnancy. Most common Side effects are Abdominal or stomach discomfort decreased appetite, diarrhea, fever or chills, general feeling of discomfort, muscle pain or cramping lethargy etc, Side effects can be minimized by taking the medication with food. Hello, migraine - some symptoms may include: feeling dizzy or faint. Increased sensitivity to light and sound. Nausea. Pain on one side of the head. Pulsing and/or throbbing pain. Vomiting. Migraine is a form of headache. The pain is usually throbbing, pulsating and bursting in character. At times, the pain is one sided or may involve the whole head. Such pain may last for hours or even days. It is often accompanied by other symptoms like nausea or vomiting. At the same time, there is increased sensitivity to light and sound. The causes of the problem may vary from one patient to another and so will the final choice of the homoeopathic remedy. In the mean time take bc no. 12, 5 tabs twice daily and kali phos 6x, 5 tabs at bed time. Alpha ha, 15 drops with warm water twice daily. Revert me after 15 days.

To overcome pimples you need to reduce hot or pitta increasing foods, like dry fruits, non-veg & eggs etc. Also, constipation can increase pitta, triphala at all times will reduce constipation & pimples as well. Also, combination of salt & milk should be avoided. Many herbs like manjistha & shirish helps to reduce pimples. Apply Himalaya neem face pack daily on your acne. Keep ice which will reduce the inflammation and that will there by reduce the pain Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent pain in the whole body especially in the back bone. Once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. It is also due to vacuum created in the joints as once the body lacks oxygen automatically the body becomes arid and that is one reason to get frequent pain the body ie. back bone. The hip muscles become tired thereby straining in a day with any physical activity might lead to back bone pain.. And also wear MCR chappals which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the hip while standing.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so there are 2 yrs. More to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin d can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! apart from these: -exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise. High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans. Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, cookies and doughnuts. Along with these do regular exercise. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.
