I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

To increase the blood (hb) in body - * take all iron rich vegetables in good quantity everyday like spinach, methi, cabbage, beet root, carrot. * take one citrus fruit like orange everyday or take lemon water once a day. * avoid tea & coffee as they destroy the iron content of food. * take 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder with water once a day. * take one tablet of punarnava mandoor of baidyanath company with water 2 hours after meals once a day for 8 weeks.

• Do exercise daily in the evening, this will make you tired at night. And since masturbation is often done at night, so when you are exhausted, you will give preference to sleep not to masturbation. • Avoid sitting on your bed. Use a table/chair, and always sit with other people. • When the urge is very intense take a cold shower! It is not only shown to calm the mind but have many other benefits to overall health and energy. • Think about your family or anyone else and if they were watching you. • When you feel the need to masturbate, take a brisk walk or jog. Always try to occupy yourself when the urge arises. • Exercise more and get out of the house. This is a great way to take your mind off everything. • Motivate yourself by reminding yourself that abstaining will increase sexual performance, because if you don't do it as much you will have more energy and be more easily aroused when you have sex with someone, whoever it may be, and also you will have a stronger orgasm since you are less desensitized to the feeling. For optimum hormone levels, keep masturbation to no more than once a week. Studies in men have shown that not masturbating for up to a week slightly increases testosterone, after this it goes back down. • Take your mind off it with (non-sexual) music. • Set tiny goals for yourself, start with going 3 days clean, the third day is the speed bump, get past that and you KNOW that you're committed. Then go a week, then 10 days, then two weeks, then 17 days, etc. • Try fasting. Abstain from food or drink in a few hours everyday can distract your mind from sexual urge. Fasting will also act as a diet from stimulating food or drink for a certain period. If you do it regularly you will have better control upon your urge.

Hi, You are suffering from constipation. It may further lead to piles, if not treated properly. Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.

Hello your all problem solved by homeopathic treatment. Take homeopathic treatment. Along with medicine do daily exercise 45 min. Eat high protein diet. Limit your alcohol. If you smoke quit smoking. And also you can do deep breathing, stop and start method. Kegel exercise.

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak.

  • Reduce your severe pain before exercising - If you are in immense pain, work to alleviate the pain before engaging in exercises. Cold/ hot therapy, massage, manual manipulation are some of the methods that can slowly reduce the pain. These are all part of physical therapy.

The initial pain due to physiotherapy is caused because your muscles are stiff and they are being stretched the way they are not used to. However if the pain gradually increases you are probably not right for that particular kind of physical therapy.

Dear lybrate-user! Your homocysteine levels are high. Most of Indians are genetically predisposed to higher homocysteine levels. Few studies have shown that higher homocysteine may be associated with higher risk of cardiac events later in life. The best way to reduce homocysteine is to jog for 1 hour daily. Weight loss of 4-6 kg really help. No definitive medications available to reduce homocysetine. Exercise and weight loss are best medicines. You have severe vitamin-D deficiency, which can cause generalized fatigue, proximal leg weakness and non specific symptoms. Its need replacement.
