Doctor sir, My wife complains about localized ankle pain when she walks after long sitting posture or particularly in the morning time after wake up. However, gets relieved after few steps. She had no ankle injuries. What could be the reason and how to get rid off this pain? Pl suggest home remedies. Thanks In advance.

Treating a Sprained Ankle

Do hot water fermentation and some ankle toe movements, and calf streches. If pain aggrevates go to physio for electrotherapy.

I am 23 old guy. I am being hit by cricket ball on the lower foot. Leg is swollen at that portion and becomes black. Taken ointment cream but no relief. Suggest the remedy.

Treating Swollen Feet or Ankles

Check your pillow and mattress and also your study posture that might be causing pain. As you said you wake up early but seems you sleep late so try to sleep early take at least 7-8 hrs of sleep.

My head and neck pains too much ,but the pain is in only half portion, at the right side of the body. It's occurs on random days. It starts from early morning as soon as I wake up, and is till the evening. My age is 17 years, I am wearing spectacles (for myopia) and I wake up early at 6-7 AM. I am not doing any exercise and I go to sleep at 11-12 PM. Can you please suggest me the remedies.
