Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.

Dear Dr. I am suffering from neck pain from last 4-5 days continually. Pain is in my neck start from right side n up to right shoulder. Sometimes when I take painkiller it helps me. But when I lay down on bed nd took my head in pillow on wall. Pain starts again. Please suggest me what I do. Is it a serious desires or due to wrong sitting posture.

Wrong sitting position will create the headache or backache.ķ due to that neckpain. Don't use pillow for some days. So some neck exercises.

Keep a small pillow to support your lower back if you are driving a car. If you ride a bike then I would suggest good suspension for bike.

I have been prescribed Maxgalin M 75 twice a day n Dulane 30 once for fibromyalgia. As well as nervijen plus injection once a month. It is since a year I am taking. Have I to take life long all these medicines. Is fibromyalgia related to thyroid as I am having thyroid also.

It is not related to thyroid. Atleast for 2 to 3 years you have to take if you are getting relief with medicines. Hope that by that time we might be able to solve your problem with proper medical insight for fibromyalgia.

First you take some medicine for few months because surgery is not the only option for sciatica 1. Take Colocynth 200 and Gnaphalium 200 and Glono. 200 ___ 20 globules from 3 medicines twice daily before meal for 20 days 2. Take Urticalcin and Cal. Fluor. 6X ___ 6 tablets from both medicine twice daily before meal for 1 month after 1 month call me and give me a report.

Heat fermentation for 20 minutes and rest tk muscle relaxant medicine do stretching exercise of spine. Avoid long sitting and toward bending.
