Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Back 7 Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

I am suffering from severe ankle pain from 5 days, what should I do to stop it? I had tried many medicines but there is no effect.

Rest. Take a break from your normal activities. Ice. Place an ice pack or bag of frozen peas on the sore area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day. Compression. Use a compression bandage to reduce swelling. Elevation. Elevate your foot to help reduce swelling.

atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries)
deep vein thrombosis (a blood clot caused by long periods of bed rest)

I'm 30 years old man. I have severe backache for last six month. I have used painkillers ointment and some exercise specially for backache but still haven't got any relief. What should I do now sir.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am 28 year old and I sometimes have back bone pain from last 2 years and when I do sit ups I receive back bone pain.

Patient needs to be examined in detail & be investigated. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days then inform me.

I am suffering from pain in my neck. it is the symptom of cervical? please advice

Neck stiffness/pain. Headache Pain in the shoulder or arms. Inability to fully turn the head or bend the neck Grinding noise or sensation when the neck is turned. Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. Pain in my right knee when I walk more. Pls tell me what is the reason behind this?

Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Dear user, check your bed mattress first, it should not be soft. Use hard mattress. Take hot fomentation, spinal extension exercises regularly for 10 days. Avoid prolonged position either sit or standing. Do not lean forward in sitting position. Do it and revert me. Thanks.

What is the solution for neck pain? age: 66 y. As per mri difffuse osteoporosis &cervical spondylosis. At c4-c5 level-posterior disc osteophyte complex is seen mild compressing the thecal sac and indentation the spinal cord.
