Dear sir, From 1 year I am facing more acidity problem when I get up morning then come dirty water in mouth and sex erectile dysfunction, chest pain, up side free my body And any where push on the body then feel pain And my head hot /cold, not free feel and when round the neck more pain. Dear lybrate user, digestive problem always leads to sexual disturbance. First of all you need to get rid of your acidity. Dear lybrate user, you need to take homoeopathic carbo veg 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. You can also try homoeopathic liver tonic liv-t (sbl company). You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation.

With diet control blood glucose levels will drop. However, with such high hba1c you will need medicines. The dosage of medicine can come down over time. But at present it is imperil ice that you start treatment.

Bubbles or foam in urine means that there is problem in kidney as kidney is not able to filter protein. Stop taking too much of protein and if you don't have diabetes, high b.p then it can get back to normal in few days..

Please do not waste time in getting blockages removed by other systems of medicines if you are having any symptoms like breathlessness or pain on chest. Some people do claim that pomegranate juice if taken daily does'remove' blockages but these are additional preventive methods. People have fear factor when they come to know about blockages in heart vessels and some'specialists' of other systems/ self made doctors do cash in on fear factor. Get treated by angioplasty/ bypass surgery.

You are bothered about a weak heart, I would not suggest a cardiac check up, because symptom mentioned is only heart beat that increases suddenly, this happens to all of us, specially boys of your age with stress of college/ job or both, if not do 2 things at a time-work and study. Normal heart beat of an athletic person / gymn going / exercising regularly is low - 60- 70 resting. In people who do not have any kind of exercise, slight worry / climbing stairs / excitement of a tv show like cricket increases to 100 + and resting pulse is around 80. You do not have a weak heart according to the symptom mentioned by you. If you need more guidance, you can reply on this forum with more details so that if need be some basic tests can be done, just to reassure you.
