Get a good stretch when you wake up Take a few minutes to stretch as soon as you wake up. Breathe deeply and stretch every muscle in your body, starting from your toes. This will allow your mind and body to adjust to being awake before you get out of bed. Don’t skip on breakfast We’re often forced to skip morning breakfast because of our hectic schedules but the body needs to revitalise its energy levels. After fasting all through those night hours, your body needs the nutrients to function properly. Skipping breakfast is probably why you feel tired and dull in the morning. If breakfast is going to be delayed start your day with a fruit or nuts. Try aromatherapy Aromatherapy has a number of benefits. You can begin your day by sniffing on some lavender or vanilla to waken up your senses and to keep your mind alert. You can also light a fragrant aggarbatti. Do some deep breathing exercises Practicing this regularly will help energise you in the morning. Get some sun Some seasons it is too hot and some seasons it is too cold to spend time soaking in the sun. But it is essential that you expose yourself to the sun regularly. A 10 minute walk in the morning sunshine will re-energise you naturally. Lastly, it is okay to workout in the evenings as well. You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your BMI, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are matters to be discussed privately. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask privately. May also need to do some tests. Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take of your total as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hi, knee pain is very common in basket ball players. Due to nature of game i. E. Fast moving, jumping pivoting of knee involved in game. As information given by you. You might have patellar tendities or jumper's knee. Patella tendonitis is when the tendon at the base of the patella gets irritated from overuse. Suggest you to get it check with ortho or physio. To get proper diagnosis. The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. That is actually the reason why you are gaining fat. Not eating or eating less or crashing diet causes reduced basal metabolism leading to accumulation of fat and reduced fat burning. The key is to eat sensibly. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with Mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Okay. You do regular exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga, play tennis. This will help you to become tall and health. And follow this guidelines. Eat more healthy foods more frequently. Add ghee, butter, cheese, cream, jam jelly with your food. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Take dense fruits, vegetables, unrefined foods. Increase protein intake. Eat healthy fats like coconut oil, olive oil, fish oil, egg yolk, vegetable oil extra. Don't drink water before meals. Lead a stress free life and adequate sleep at night.

DEAR Lybrate USER …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals…2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. 7) avoid coffee and tea…. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk on dark circles with gentle massage. Leave it for 10-20 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and leelavilas rasa after meals. C) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha along with 30 ml of water after meals. D) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals…. DO all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.
