Hello, headches can be due to many reasons kindly- 1. Get your eyes tested 2. Adequate sleep is neccesary (less or more sleep can cause headache) 3. Taking too much stress is also a factor (take short breaks between working continuously) 4. Take plenty of water (3-4 lt a day) 5. If you suffer from nose blockage or sinus problem - steam inhalation (4-5 times a day) is beneficial 6. Keep ear cleen 7. Maintain oral hygiene if it still persists, please consult a doctor as you might be suffering from migraine, cluster headache or neuralgias or organic brain diseaae.

Hello. Yellow eyes of recent onset (few days), could be due to a condition of the liver known as jaundice. In such a case, it would be associated with fever and abdominal pain along with yellowing of the skin of the whole body. It would be a good idea to get a complete body check up by a physician. It might require liver function tests to be done. If the condition that you described has occurred over a span of years, it would be more likely to be due to a condition known as pterygium or pingecuela of the conjunctiva. Pterygium/ pingecuela is characterized by a yellowish small elevated lesion that occurs just adjacent to the cornea. It usually occurs due to excessive exposure to sunlight and environmental dust. It occurs more commonly in people having a lot of field work. It is usually a harmless condition which requires no intervention unless there is excessive redness, burning or pain associated with it. If the symptoms of burning and redness do occur then it would be a good idea to use lubricant eye drops along with an antihistamine eye drops as well. This would be best done under the supervision of an eye specialist after getting the eyes checked up in person.

Hi. Both things are important for reducing fat. 1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercises preferable walking. 2nd its diet control. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Maximum intake of green tea and water. Take high fibre, low salt, low sugar, low fat diet. Avoid refined food. Dinner should be light maximum till 8pm.

I am observing that my penis is not getting hard erection from 4 months. I had taken zincovit medicine for 1 month also. Now every morning I am taking carrot juice or cocktail juice of carrot and beet. And my sperm count is also low. Please help me out. What to do. Is it required to change a diet. Let me know. Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

The initial choice of treatment is a steroid ointment that is locally applied. (this can be suggested by a doctor after you are examined in person) the ointment softens the foreskin and is applied for up to 6 weeks. When full retraction is possible the ointment is stopped. Sweating is a normal and natural phenomenon, which all human beings experience. When the weather conditions are humid or if you have walked for a long duration in the sun, sweat is bound to appear. Some people sweat much more than the normal rate. If you belong to this category, some questions may come to your mind like whether is it abnormal? What can be a possible remedy? Here are some facts you must know about sweating.

1. Sweating is a natural phenomenon, and everyone sweats
It is a normal function of the human body. It involves releasing of fluids from our sweat glands present in the skin. The body maintains its temperature by means of perspiration. Sweating may make you feel uncomfortable,but performs the important cooling function of the body. Composed of water, sugar, salts and ammonia, sweat does not have any smell of its own. The unpleasant smell produced from your skin is a result of sweat mixing with bacteria.

2. The rate of perspiration varies from person to person
If you find yourself to be sweating more than normal people around you, it's natural for you to get concerned. However, do not worry because there is nothing unnatural. Some people produce more amount of sweat than others and that is completely natural. The rate just varies from person to person.

3. Overreaction of sweat glands leads to hyperhidrosis
Some people have sweat glands, which are so over reactive and over productive that they actually suffer from the disease hyperhidrosis. People having this disease sweat abnormally. The rate of perspiration is very severe. There is no such cure for hyperhidrosis. The only permanent solution to fix this disorder is by surgery where the nerves to the sweat glands are cut off.

4. Sweating is psychological in nature
The process of sweating is carried out by the sympathetic nervous system. Once it is stimulated, more sweat is produced. Although it may seem weird, thinking of sweating can lead to more sweating in individuals.

5. Nausea leads to increased sweating
Nausea or motion sickness is another reason, which accounts for increased perspiration. Nausea stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, which in return produces additional sweat.

6. Sweating can be delayed at times
Suppose you are climbing up a staircase, but surprisingly you notice that even after going up five flight of stairs, there is no sweat. The sweating appears a little later and is quite intense. This is because your body takes some time to react to the thermoregulation which takes place.

Sweating is a very uncomfortable and irritating phenomenon, but it is actually helpful to the body.

I had done homosexual relation with a partner and his sperm spread from lower portion of my penis to stooldoor. And my penis was covered with condom. After 50 days I have tested HIV at ICTC Clinic and reports negative. After 55 days from exposure I have tested HIV P24 Antigen and reports negative. After 120 from exposure I have tested HIV at ICTC and reports negative. Any chances of HIV infections?

The p24 antigen assay measures the viral capsid (core) p24 protein in blood that is detectable earlier than HIV antibody during acute infection. It occurs early after infection due tothe initial burst of virus replication and is associated with high levels of viremia during which the individual is highly infectious.(1) When antibodies to HIV become detectable, however, p24 antigen is often no longer demonstrable, most likely due to antigen-antibody complexing in the blood. When detected, p24 antigen is highly specific for infection. The specificity of the p24 antigen test in detecting HIV infection using PCR as the gold standard was calculated from data using test kits from 2 manufacturers to be 99.9%.(2) In the same study, the sensitivity following a procedure of neutralization to confirm the presence of p24 antigen was 100%.
