Simmyji,First thing is what type of diabetes is having T1 or T2? If it is T1 then only treatment is taking Insulin injections. If T2 then looking at his glucose levels one can think of adjusting the drug treatment. But usually insulin is given for improperly controlled diabetes and also for those who have very high sugar levels or have HBA1c% more than 8 to 9 %.

You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Hi that's right as per your height you are overweight and there are specific actions needed for weight loss since the margin to work on is quite a lot. 1. Make your self more active - walk whenever possible/ use staircase / walk & talk 2. Eat small frequent meals 3. Limit processed foods like wafers, biscuits, cakes etc 4. Limit fat intake 5. Add 4 - 5 portions of veggies & fruits for each day 6. Drink lots of water - around 10 - 12 glasses of water/day

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana play Basket ball . Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow?s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height.

Never take supplements, its like slow poison , these doctore, coaches and supplements will never tell you the truth about these products as tey want is profit, our food has no substitute, eat lots of paneer, cow ghee, banana, almonds to gain weight naturally, start doing surya namaskar, also start doing prithvi mudra to gain weight naturally, dont harm your bodies with these man made proteins, its cancerous.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.

Home remedies for hair loss

Apply almond (badam) oil daily.

Apply oil of liquorice (mulethi) on hair.

Apply lemon oil on hair before hair wash.

Apply oil obtained from fruit of neem.

Chop some onions (pyaz) into fine pieces and squeeze out the juice. Apply this to hair and scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it with shampoo.

Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results.

Take coconut milk and add a little water to it. Apply this to the scalp and allow it to stay overnight. Rinse this the next morning.

Add two teaspoons of amla juice/ powder and mix with equal quantity of freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well, apply to the scalp and leave it to dry; then rinse using warm water.

Take some flowers of rose (gulab) add some water to it and make a paste. Apply it on hair and keep it for an hour and then wash the hair.

Healthy Diet plan A weight loss diet is not a fad diet or a crash diet. A weight loss diet is also not a diet that leads you to stress, and increases your chances of binge eating. It is a diet that amply minimizes your bad fat intake, supplies you with good energy to get you through the day, and which adds immensely positively to your body health. What makes for a weight loss, detox diet? For starters, you will need to say goodbye to all debilitating sugar food. It means omitting out from your diet: soft drinks, chocolates, ice-creams, jams, sauces and sugar-laden pastries. As you begin to get past the sugar diet, your body will begin understanding how to reduce weight fast. Next, you will need to incorporate the following for a healthy detox diet: 1. Eating 3-4 cups of assorted vegetables daily. 2. Replacing white bread with whole wheat bread. White flour food items like pizza, pasta, pastries or naan shouldn’t be a part of your diet. Instead you need to be opting whole wheat bread, chapatis, and brown rice in your diet. Even for biscuits, get rid of munching on biscuits made from refined flour, and instead snack on whole wheat crackers or bran biscuits. 3. Not skipping a meal. This is an important element for weight loss and makes for a healthy diet plan. Eating fiber rich food provides bulk, a sense of fullness, and prevents hunger pangs. It helps balance out the blood sugar and eases the elimination cycle. Foods include wheat bran, whole fruits and vegetables. Supplements of Psyllium seed husks and Guar gum are also rich sources of fiber. A good detox diet is finally complete with supplies that have plenty of antioxidants like Vitamins C and E, Selenium. To increase your metabolic rate, try increasing the duration, the frequency, and the intensity of your daily work out. When more sets of muscles are used, the level of fitness improves. A healthy diet plan and exercising is a fool-proof way of how to reduce weight fast yet safely. Make this a lifetime habit, and a healthy, disease free, happy life would follow.

For prevention of hair loss follow these instructions: •Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. Lastly, The last step is crucial as it seals in the nourishment. Try making this mask at home. In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. For relief from dandruff: Apply curd on the scalp for atleast 15 min twice in a week and sit in sunlight.

Hello, take Bacopa monn. Q , 15 drops with water once daily. Take Cal. carb 200 ch , 5 drops , single dose. Do meditation for at least 15 minutes to boost up your confidence level. Take care, revert me after 15 days.
