मेथी के तेल के फायदे से हम कई बीमारियों से बच सकते हैं. मेथी का तेल इसके बीज से निकाला जाता है. इसके औषधीय लाभ की सहायता से हम कई बीमारियों से बच सकते हैं. इसकी पौष्टिकता और तमाम समस्याओं से लड़ने की क्षमता बहुत ज्यादा है लेकिन फिर भी ये अन्य तेलों की तरह लोकप्रियता नहीं हासिल कर सका है. कई पौधों के बीजों से तैयार तेल जिसमें अपेक्षाकृत कम पोषक तत्व होते हैं वो ज्यादा प्रचलित हैं. लेकिन मेथी के तेल के फायदे जानकर आप भी हैरान हो जाएंगे. इसमें कई तरह के अस्थिर ऑर्गेनिक यौगिक पाए जाते हैं. आइए मेथी के तेल के फायदे और नुकसान को विस्तृत तरीके से जानें.

1. मालिश के लिए
मालिश करने से भी व्यक्ति को आराम या सुकून मिलता है और इसके बाद ताजगी महसूस करता है. लेकिन यदि आप ये मालिश मेथी के तेल में बादाम के तेल को मिलाकर करेंगे तो आपको मानसिक शान्ति के आलावा त्वचा की चमक भी मिलेगी.
2. त्वचा के लिए
त्वचा के लिए भी मेथी का तेल कई तरह से लाभ पहुंचता है. इसके लिए जैतून के तेल में मेथी के तेल की कुछ बूंदें डालकर त्वचा पर मालिश करने से आपके त्वचा का रूखापन, सूजन और एलर्जी के उपचार में मदद मिलती है.
3. शुगर के उपचार में
शुगर जैसी बिमारियों के उपचार में भी मेथी के तेल की सहायता ली जा सकती है. ये ग्लूकोज को बढ़ाकर रक्त शर्करा को भी कम कर सकता है. ये बीटा कोशिकाओं को क्षतिग्रस्त होने से भी बचाकर इन्सुलिन को भी प्रोत्साहित करता है.
4. रुसी दूर करने में
यदि आप भी बालों में रुसी की समस्या से परेशान हैं तो आपको भी मेथी का तेल इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए. इसके लिए आपको इसके लिए आपको 5 बूँद दालचीनी तेल के साथ मेथी का तेल मिलाकर इस मिश्रण को सर पर अच्छे से लगाएं. कुछ घंटे बाद इसे शैम्पू से धो लें. इससे रुसी ख़त्म होती है.
5. मुंहासों को दूर करने में
मुंहासों के दूर करने के लिए भी मेथी के तेल का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है. मेथी के तेल का 5 बूंद, 5 मिलीलीटर जोजोबा तेल में मिलाकर लगाने से मुंहासे आदि को दूर करने में मदद मिलती है. इसमें मौजूद एंटीऑक्सिडेंट भी पिम्पल्स को रोकता है.
6. फोड़े फुंसी के उपचार में
फोड़े-फुंसी के उपचार में भी इसका इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है. मेथी का तेल सिस्ट्स को हटाने और फॉलिकल्स जैसी समस्याओं को भी दूर करने में काफी मददगार होती है.
7. स्तनों के विकास में
जो महिलाएं अपने स्तनों के वृध्दि के लिए प्रयासरत हैं वो मेथी के तेल का इस्तेमाल कर सकती हैं. इसके लिए ब्रेस्ट फार्मिंग तेल के साथ मेथी के तेल को मिलाकर हथेलियों पर रखें और स्तनों की मालिश करें.
8. अरोमाथेरेपी में
अरोमोथेरेपी में हवा में सुगंध फैलाकर उपचार किया जाता है. इसके लिए डिफ्युजर या एक तेल बर्नर में लगभग 4-5 बूँद मेथी का तेल मिलाकर इस्तेमाल करने से तंत्रिका तंत्र पर आरामदायक प्रभाव पड़ता है. इससे आप भी सुकून महसूस करेंगे.
9. गुर्दे के लिए
गुर्दे के सेहत के लिए भी मेथी का तेल फायदेमंद साबित होता है. इसके मालिश से गुर्दे और अग्नाशय पर सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ता है और इससे सम्बंधित कई परेशानियाँ दूर होती हैं. इसका इस्तेमाल सुरक्षित भी है.
10. बलगम दूर करने में
बलगम से परेशान व्यक्ति भी मेथी के तेल की सहायता से अपनी परेशानी दूर कर सकता है. इसके लिए एक बर्तन में पानी उबालकर लगभग 10 बूंद मेथी का तेल मिलाएं. फिर किसी तौलिये की मदद से भाप लें. इससे आपको निश्चित रूप से राहत मिलेगी. 

मेथी के तेल का नुकसान

  • गर्भवती महिलाएं इसके सेवन से बचें
  • मेथी के तेल को खाने-पिने में इस्तेमाल न करें.
  • किसी बीमारी के उपचार में प्रयोग करने से पहले किसी चिकित्सक से अवश्य परामर्श लें.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals. D) apply paste of honey and fresh lemon juice on face with gentle massage, leave it for 20-30 minutes, after that wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. Do all things for 30 days. Physical or mental tires me quicklyamd very easily. Even if not done much work. There's sensations in my head, I get short breath and upper back starts aching. All three things happen at same time. It could be due to hypothyroidism. Do a thyroid function test and consult doctor for advice and treatment. Check your hemoglobin, BP.Drink plent of water. Take adequate rest. Avoid exposure to bright sun light.

5 practical ways to manage constipation

Constipation is one of the most common health problems. Unhealthy eating practices, inadequate sleep, sedentary lifestyle and stressful life are some of the common triggers for constipation.

Symptoms:
Symptoms of constipation include two or less than two bowel movements in a week, hard and dry stools, bloating and feeling of fullness. In severe cases of constipation, you may also have small amount of blood in your stool due to bleeding hemorrhoids.

Causes:
Some of the common causes of constipation are lack of fiber rich diet, lack of exercises and physical activity, immobility due to age and illness and overuse and persistent use of laxatives. Constipation may also be another symptom of health disorders such as hypothyroidism, diabetes, hypercalcemia and irritable bowel syndrome.

Ways to manage constipation:
Here are five effective ways to prevent and treat constipation:

1. Exercise regularly
-follow an exercise regimen which may include a combination of several activities such as weight bearing exercise, muscle strengthening exercises, running, walking, jogging and physical exercises.

- these exercises stimulate the bowel movements regularly and help to keep the body healthy.

- brisk walking and aerobic exercises has also been found to stimulate and aid the bowel movement.

- if you have an option of taking the elevator or the stairs, opt for stairs. This will keep you mobile during your work hours.

2. Increase dietary fiber
- correction of the dietary intake is the key to prevent constipation. It is recommended to take naturally available fibrous vegetables and fruits than to aid the diet with supplementary fiber.

- increase the intake of fiber rich vegetables such as beans, bran cereals, brown rice, raw fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. It is recommended to have close to 20-35 grams of fiber daily.

- make sure you add salads to your meals. Include sprouts, carrots, leafy vegetables and fruits in your salads.

- in case of consistent constipation, avoid intake of processed foods and beverages such as cheese, dairy products, meat and packaged foods

3. Increase fluid intake
- drink water (6-8 glasses) throughout the day. This will improve the bowel movement significantly.

warm water during the daytime also helps in increasing the excretion of stools during constipation.

4. Opt for lifestyle changes
- changes in the lifestyle such as having a balanced diet, regular exercises and optimum sleep can significantly help constipation.

- fix a regular time during the day for the bowel movement. It helps the body to follow a routine.

5. Try natural remedies
- in case of chronic constipation, take herbal laxatives such as isabgol and triphala with warm water before going to sleep. They will improve bowel movement and aid the excretion process

- studies suggest that castor oil, due to its laxative properties, was found to relieve constipation significantly. Due to its instant effects, it is recommended that it is not consumed orally before going to bed. Instead it is advised to take it in the daytime.

- there are broadly two types of herbal stimulants (bulk forming stimulants and stimulant laxatives) for relieving constipation.

- commonly used bulk forming laxatives include, fenugreek, flaxseeds and barley. Commonly used stimulant herbs include aloe and senna. However, these herbal laxatives are advised to be used in less potency. Therefore one must consult a doctor before opting for these remedies.

In case your symptoms persist, you can try some over the counter laxatives. However make sure your body does not become dependent on these options. Consistent use of laxatives can deplete the food off essential nutrients in severe cases, consult a doctor who can further evaluate the problem and suggest medications. Stay healthy, stay happy!

Football injuries are usually serious injuries. Get a mri of the knee. You would probably need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure in our hands with uniformly good results. Hi good to know that you are concerned for your weight. As higher the bmi higher is the risk factor for health. Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.
