Dear low back pain k liyyy you can do it perfectly….1, Lying on your stomach, prop yourself up on your forearms. Align your elbows directly under your shoulders. Press firmly through your palms and the tops of your feet. Press your pubic bone forward. You will feel sensations in your lower back, but breathe through it. You are allowing blood flow int From all-fours, bring your right knee behind your right wrist with your lower leg at a diagonal toward your left hip. Square off your hips toward the ground. Bend forward. Widen the elbows and place one hand on top of the other as a pillow for your forehead. Hold 2-3 minutes and then switch to the left side for 2-3 minutes. O the lower back for healing. Hold for 1-3 minutes. 2….Lying on your back, bend both knees with the feet flat on the ground. Bend the right knee like a figure four, with the outer left ankle to the right thigh. Lift the left foot into the air, bringing the left calf parallel to the ground. Thread your right hand between the opening of the legs and interlace your hands behind your left thigh. Hold 2-3 minutes and then repeat on the other side 3…Scoot your buttocks all the way into the wall and swing your feet up the wall. This pose is excellent for relaxing the muscles of the lower back and drains stagnant fluid from the feet and ankles. Do this pose after a challenging workout and always after traveling by plane. Hold for 5-10 minutes. I hope you will fittttt ands fine…………….Thnx.

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Challenge your body and set a realistic goal to ensure you lose healthily. Be stress free and have homemade meals. Avoid junk and alcohol completely. exercise for an hour is very important.

Mix 2 teaspoons lemon juice and ¼ teaspoon of rock salt powder in ½ cup of water. Have this mixture 3 times a day. Mix 1 teaspoon each of mint juice and lime juice. Add a few drops of ginger juice and a pinch of black salt. Drink this mixture to alleviate pain. Get an ultrasound done and visit a physician clinically.

Hi, Take a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetable, dairy products and all types of fruits to keep your body healthy. It is advisable to have at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fresh fruit daily. It is also advisable to restrict the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, alcohol and other caffeinated drinks as it aggravates dehydration. Take enough of 6-8hrs. Of sleep. Avoid taking stress/ tension. Do daily exercising regularly as it increases oxygen carrying capacity of the cells and tissues. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Cina 1M/ one dose at night for 10 days; Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both twice daily for 20 days. For Sunburn: Apply tomato juice on your skin daily. Apply cucumber juice mixed with lemon. Mix Fuller's earth (multani mitti) with little rose water and a dash of lemon in it and apply on the skin. Rinse it off once it is dry. Medication: Use Schwabe's Skin Care soap, apply Calendula & Aloe Vera cream immediately after bathing, apply Bakson's Suncare sunscreen 20-30min. before going out under the sunlight. At night, use Bakson's Papaya Pack and after washing face apply it's Fairness cream. Follow this daily regime and let me know your feedback.

Give sweet curd mix with moong dal water drained. Give mixed veg soups cooled down to body temperature. Give one coconut water daily. Give soft boiled watery sagudana and soft oats in small small quantities. Sweet orange or mausambi juice is good to prevent bleeding. No chillies no pickles no vinegar nò fried no solids only ĺiquids and semis olive watery food.

Don't eat sugar,sweetened juice including fruit juice,soft drinks,cola beverages.Take more whole fruits and vegetables.Eat unprocessed foods,whole grain,whole wheat.oats etc in small amount.Take extra protein foods for weight loss.Use healthy fat but in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.But not during meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Regular exercise like yoga,push ups,sit ups,plank,swimming,skipping,squat.You will loose weight and will stay healthy.

Homemade remedies to treat acne and pimples: you probably are under impression that it is tough to treat your acne and pimples. Try our homemade remedies and explore your beautiful skin. Sugar scrub: dead skin cells when get clogged in pores often mimics the acne problem. Scrubbing the skin is the most natural and clinically proven method to exfoliate. Do not scrub too hard, it may irritate and damage your skin. You require: sugar, lemon juice how to use: take half cup of sugar grind it well. Add 10 drops of lemon juice to it. For dry skin, you can add olive oil to give moisturizing effect. Dip your fingertips into the mixture, and scrub on your face in circular motion. Apple cider vinegar: acids in vinegar exfoliate and treat scars on your skin. Also improves skin tone and balances skin ph. It helps to open your pores, shed off bacteria and dirt thus reduces the risk of acne and pimples. Some time it genetically, but pathology of hair loss is when heat increas in your blood. Due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall.
