First you avoid stress to your back is pain is only in back or it radiate toward legs tell in detail till then give gentle massage with mahanarayan oil after that give medicated steam or hot fomentation it will give you relief

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

I know that drinking more water is good for health. But when? Immediately After food? Before going to bed? Soon after waking up in the morning?

Ideally early morning drinking water should be taken before brushing your teeth. You should drink atleast 4 glass of water. When you start with drinking water you may not able to drink 4 glasses. Then after sometime brush and clean your mouth. Avoid eating anything for 30-40 minutes. Initially you will find difficulty in drinking 4 glasses so start with 2 glasses and the progress to atleast 4 glasses. If possible you can drink some warm water also. Drinking of water empty stomach is really beneficial as it eliminate toxins and all substances that our body does not need. It has several benefits like maintain the elasticity and tonicity of the skin, prevent constipation, helps in maintaining blood pressure, headache, diarrhea, vision problems, diabetes, tb, heart problems etc etc. There are several other benefits. So start drinking water and make yourself fit and healthy. It has been found men should take minimum 3.2 (10-14 cups) litres of water in a day and women should take 2.5 (8-9 cups) litres a day. Drinking water immediately after food should be avoided. Take a gap of half n hour to 45 minutes and then drink. However I would recommend you to keep a reminder on your mobile for drinking water for every one hour as it will keep you healthy and hydrated. I myself has placed a reminder. Believe me it really works. Good luck and be healthy.

How can i keep my teeth bright white i have taken a cleaning teeth treatment just a week ago suggest something again they are turning yellow also suggest how cn i keep them away from plaque collection at gums? :)

Plaque is due to food particles repeated mouthwash twice daily and brushing twice daily flossing once daily is enough.

Hi, from what I understand you are having halitosis (bad breath). There are various reasons for bad breath. To name a few, diabetes, hormonal changes, gingivitis. Since you also complain of bleeding from your gums, you may be having gingivitis. You should immediately see a dentist to get evaluated clinically and probably get scaling (cleaning) done. You can approach us for the same.

Hi Punit You need to improve power of your liver to improve your anabolism so that you can gain muscle. Taking 1 cytofresh tablet daily will help you. Eat protein rich diet to gain weight.

Dear friend, have patience, once started this problem takes time. Wash your face with luke warm water 3_5 times daily, avoid using any soap. Take balance diet and a lot of water daily. Add some salads and fresh fruits in this. Avoid oily and spicy food as possible. Tell your progress after 15 days more about new coming pimples. No cream is required at present.

For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea. Go for exercise like you can do 15-20 minute brisk walk.

Hi. Hair fall / whitening may be heredity reasons and fungal infection in scalp and hormones imbalances and stress and less minerals in body also. Avoid stress. Take minerals / vitamins/ protein rich meals. Control hormones. Avoid any cosmetic shampoo and hair oil. Use alovera shampoo and coconut hair oil. Use ketomac shampoo once a week regularly. It protects from fungal infections. May be use minerals drops twice a week in hair directly. Wash hair twice a week with alovera shampoo.
