No, masturbation directly does not cause any health harm. However repeated masturbation may cause psychological dependence on the act to relieve stress every time. Such an obsession or dependence may cause problems. So it is always better to avoid resorting to masturbation for relieving stress and sexual excitement.

When I measured my fasting sugar after 8 hours it was 119 while after 12 hours it was 100. Which measurement should be considered? pp is 129. Hba1c is 6. 7. Do I need to take medicines?

Your fasting sugar is fine but your hba1c levels are above the cut off mark of 6. 5. I would recommend that you get your hba1c checked again after 3 months. Do continue to excercise and maintain a diabetic diet

Avoid combing hair with fine-toothed combs when wet. Although this is a tempting practice as hair straightens and de-tangles much easily if combed when wet, this is a common cause of breakage. The stress on the hair shaft is immense when the hair is wet resulting in weakened hair roots.

you can take tab. dolo 650 mg sos. tests cbc,mp,ns1. urine r/m. Now a days are of viral infection be careful. Cold,Sneezing, sore throat, a stuffy nose, coughing -fever,bodyache,headache,occured in viral infection. What can you do for your cold or cough symptoms? besides drinking plenty of fluids and getting plenty of rest, you may want to take medicines. There are lots of different cold and cough medicines, and they do different things. Did you have any check ups say for diabetes. Thyroid. Recently massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Consult privately for further guidance.

dear hardik. go for Vitamin D3 test. deficiency of calcium may be the reason for pain in leg and joints. apply heat fermentation daily with diclofenac ointment for 10 days. if still pain persist take inferential therapy.

Hello, You seem to have very sensitive skin. So, apply a thick layer of sunscreen with SPF-25 or 30 that too 20-30 minutes prior stepping out and re-apply the same in case you are out for more than 3-4 hrs. Drink at least 12-15 glasses of water daily. Wear a hat with broad rim. Use umbrella. Wear sunglasses. Moisturize you skin daily sp. before applying the sunscreen with Schwabe's. Medication: Schwabe's Natrum Mur. 6x/ thrice daily for 20 days.

Hi, your face must be getting tanned due to excessive sunlight. You can start applying sunscreen lotions in the morning and afternoon. Also, use a cap/hat to block out the harmful sunrays, avoid stepping out in direct sunlight between 11am-3pm. Hope this helps!

Perform diaphragmatic or deep breathing exercises. 2. Lie face down on the floor and begin breathing deeply and slowly, with your hands resting under your face. Do this for five minutes. 3. Sit in a reclining chair. Put a hand on your abdomen and a hand on your chest. As you breathe, make sure the hand on your abdomen is moving up and down rather than one on your chest. If the hand on your abdomen is moving you are breathing deeply and slowly. 4. Try progressive muscle relaxation or “deep muscle” relaxation. Progressively tense and relax each muscle group in your body. Learn the difference between muscle tension and relaxation. 5. Meditate. Use visualization or imagery to help you learn to be one with your thoughts. Sit quietly with your eyes closed, imagining the sights, sounds and smells of your favorite place, such as a beach or mountain retreat. 6. Exercise regularly or take up yoga. 7. There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. Treatment:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: • get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold • staying at home will keep you from spreading germs • drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. (avoid sugary and high calorie drinks) Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation • Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. • Humidify the rooms you are in most or your whole house if possible. • Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily
