Dear lybrateuser, - To improve your condition you have to take short breaks every hour or two - sit on a straight back chair so that your spine is straight, keep the laptop at eye level & try to keep neck straight when sitting - learn neck exercises & do it 1-2 times a day - also your pillow & mattress should be firm & support your neck & shoulders when sleeping - take a pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more move your neck as frequently as possible when you are operating the laptop - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein foods & healthy fats to provide you with energy & you don't feel tired - also have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night & exercise regularly to keep your body fit & agile - also check your blood hemoglobin, sugar & cholesterol if not done recently, also your BP to rule out any other problem.

Calcium rich foods

Calcium rich foods - broccoli, yoghurt, cabbage and milk - should be consumed in higher quantities as they naturally fight muscle spasms and also lessen the pain caused by cramps during menstruation.

Nightfall cannot be treated because it is a disease of perversion. Some of the most persistent symptoms of this disease include pain in different parts of the body ? especially in the joints, a severe lack of concentration, anemia, general malaise, pain in the testicles, gastric complaints, fatigue, indigestion, constipation, dullness and eventual emaciation as well. In young boys, the problem of nightfall may even prevent proper growth. Sometimes, prolonged nightfall may result in other secondary problems such as weakness and hair loss. Sleep cycles may be disrupted and you may also experience very poor quality sleep. Treatment Herbs such as Ashwagandha and Shilajit are used for the treatment of nightfall problem. Both of these not only correct sexual problems but also restore energy and vitality. They improve endurance and the quality of sperm, improving the sperm count and its viscosity. Triphala powder may also be used for the treatment of nightfall and mitigate its emaciating effects on the body. Triphala powder, when mixed with honey and consumed with lukewarm water, can be really helpful for improving strength, vitality and endurance. Triphala also provides essential nutrition to the body, replacing the nutrition which may be lost due to the ejaculations. For treatment consult privately..

I am 23 years old. I couldn't get to sleep properly and I don't get into deep sleep what is the reason?

I am 23 years old. I couldn't get to sleep properly and I don't get into deep sleep what is the reason?
Hi, there are two types of insomnia: primary insomnia and secondary insomnia. Primary insomnia: primary insomnia means that a person is having sleep problems that are not directly associated with any other health condition or problem. Secondary insomnia: secondary insomnia means that a person is having sleep problems because of something else, such as a health condition (like asthma, depression, arthritis, cancer, or heartburn); pain; medication they are taking; or a substance they are using (like alcohol). Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1 month.

Hi Dr. I am 23 years old. I did masturbate weekly thrice. After masturbating I felt weakness and hair falls. If I do like this any problems are come truth?

Hi Dr. I am 23 years old. I did masturbate weekly thrice. After masturbating I felt weakness and hair falls. If I do ...
Your weakness and hair fall are not connected to masaturbation. Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.

It’s found on the head of the penis (glans) and under the foreskin. If smegma builds up in the foreskin, it can:start to smell...homoepathic treatment cures it without side effects. you can click on consult option for homoepathic treatment. .
