Blackheads are a feature of acne, a common skin condition that involves lesions frequently referred to as pimples, spots, zits, whiteheads or blackheads. Blackheads are a specific kind of dark acne lesion, so-called because they contain oxidized melanin, the pigment made by skin cells called melanocytes. Apart from medical treatment which includes medications for local application and oral medications if required, for long term benefits advanced treatments available. These are, Chemical peels, RF therapy, Enriched oxygen therapy and Microneedling therapy. These are highly recommended. These not only cure black heads, but also lead to significant improvement in appearance of dark spots and scars. Treatment is done based on the severity of the condition. For improving tone and texture of skin, removal of dark spots and for glowing skin, I recommend skin lightening creams, Skin lightening capsules/tablets, Chemical peels and Microdermabrasion therapy. You will need a skin lightening cream and good sunscreen initially. I can prescribe you that. For further improvement, advanced treatments can be initiated. I would be happy to help you. Please consult me privately so that I can understand your problem in detail and help you.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Hi. Hair becomes dry when the natural oils produced by your scalp aren't getting the chance to nourish it. Age and menopause cause changes in the amount of hormones produced in the body. Common side effects include dry hair or even hair loss. Pregnancy also affects hormone levels and can result in dry hair until the pregnancy ends and hormones stabilize. If you struggle for an extended time with an illness, you may develop dry hair. Cancer patients undergoing conventional treatment often experience dry hair due to the medications and therapies used. But you should know that dry hair itself can be the symptom of an undiscovered disease. When accompanied by dry skin, brittle nails or other hair problems, it could be a sign of overall nutritional deficiency or disease. Dry hair marks all of these medical conditions: -Malnutrition is the condition that occurs when your body doesn’t get enough nutrients. An inadequate diet, problems with digestion or absorption, and certain medical conditions can all play a factor. -Anorexia is an eating disorder that causes people to lose more weight than is considered healthy, leading to nutritional deficiency. -Hypoparathyroidism and Hypothyroidism: Dry hair is only one physical change that affects patients with this condition. Other symptoms include obesity, fatigue, depression, weakness, and joint or muscle pain. Management: -Shampooing dry hair every day will make it ever drier and more brittle since you're stripping those oils away on a daily basis. -Comb instead of brushing. -Avoid using hair dryer/ blower. -Avoid Straightening, curling, dyeing, or otherwise processing your hair as they can cause long-term damage, even if you just do it once. -Use a good conditioner each time you shampoo. -Do regular deep conditioning treatments at least once a week. (Combine coconut oil, crushed almond, and lemon juice. Warm the mixture and massage it on your scalp. Cover your head with a warm towel for about half an hour then wash your hair.) -Make a homemade hair mask. (Mix two eggs and a little milk with a squeeze of lemon juice and bit of coconut oil. Apply to your scalp and hair. Leave in for an hour to nourish your hair and give it vitamin support. Then wash your hair with a mild shampoo.) -Use finishing oil to protect your hair. (can try Argan oil, Olive oil, Coconut oil or Jojoba oil). -Eat plenty of nutritious foods known to benefit the hair. Aim to get plenty of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and iron. Choose salmon, sardines, nuts, avocados, and flaxseeds. -Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. This prevents your hair from drying out. -Avoid smoking. The smoke from cigarettes can end up damaging your hair. -Protect your hair from sun and other elements. Can wear a sun hat. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 3 months. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 3 months.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

Cigerate is injourious for health as all we allready know it. But is skin problem can come for taking cigerate?

M. sc Psychology, BHMS
Homeopath, Hyderabad
Here we can't say that the skin problem you have is due to smoking or by any reason. But as smoking is not good for health, n its impact will be shown on vital organs[majorly in lungs] so, as immunity levels will be automatically decreased, thats why, there will be chances to get many other diseases, as smoking is the one of most reasons for developing allergic manifestations. So, it may result in any form.

I am male 29 yrs I have skin problem with suneffect eyes surrend elergetical and black marks problem please suggest.

M. sc Psychology, BHMS

If you r sure that the darkening is due to sun exposure, n if you r in a position that you cant avoid also, then its better to take precautionary measures like wearing sunglasses, covering the face with some scarf/cloth, frequent washing your face with cold water, whenever you come from outside[don't use soap often, if a all, you just prefer mild one only], take more kheera, carrot etc juices, even you apply the paste around the eyes, minimum twice per day, taking plenty of water [min. 3-4-5 litres per day], intake of tender coconut water, fruits, avoiding spicy, junk, dry food, etc all these will definitely help u.
