Avoid chemical treatments on hair. Premature greying may be hereditary. There is no definitive treatment for premature greying of hereditary type.

I'm 22 years old. Now a days my face is getting to much dry. Which cream should I apply on my face.

I'm 22 years old. Now a days my face is getting to much dry. Which cream should I apply on my face.
Hello, Use the following natural treatments: TEA TREE OIL: Use tea tree oil facewash twice a day followed by tea tree toner and an oil free moisturizer. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water and use the mixture as a toner. Apply on your face with a cotton swab. ALOE VERA: Aloe Vera has burn-relieving properties and can promote healing, fight infection, and even reduce scarring. Scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your face. HONEY AND CINNAMON: Add half teaspoon of cinnamon powder with 1 tablespoon of honey and apply on face. Leave it for an hour, or if possible leave it overnight. Then wash off. CHAMOMILE STEAM: Make 2 cups of chamomile tea and add fresh rose petals to it. Then take this soothing steam while it is still hot. (Put a bath towel over your head to prevent the steam from escaping). BANANA MASK: A brilliant option for dry skin. Banana mask nourished and moisturizes the skin, giving it more elasticity, and removing small wrinkles. Similarly, it also removes any oily gloss, whitens and improves skin color. To prepare banana mask, make a pulp of one ripe banana and apply it on skin for 15-20 minutes. DIET: Diet is the most important factor in dealing with any skin problem. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables especially citrus fruits. Drink a lot of water (5-6 litres) throughout the day. OMEGA-3: Omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory properties that can improve acne. Take a good Fish oil supplement three times a day. Also, add more flaxseeds, walnuts and almonds to your diet. RELAX YOUR FACE: Rub your hands together vigorously to create a bit of warmth, and place both hands over your face for a couple of minutes. This will relax the facial muscles and increase the blood supply. Hope this helps.

Hi I am having diabetes and psoriasis I am taking medicines for diabetes. Please help.
Hello Sir, You need not to worry about your disease as we have got expertise in treating psoriasis. As you mentioned you are suffering from psoriasis. Suggesting any medicines or local application to you will not be a good idea, as I will require a complete case taking so that the root of cause is eliminated to prevent relapse. Psoriasis is the chronic, non infectious, skin disorder having silvery white scales. A normal skin cell matures in 28-30 days but psoriatic skin takes 3 to 6 days, It can strike at any age but often in 15-35 years of age. Psoriasis most commonly appears in scalp, knee, elbow, hands and feet. It rarely effect the face, Main disease causing factors are– Genetic history of disease, stress, anxiety and mental trauma, Physical injury, Digestive upset infection, drug allergies and wrong food combinations. The treatment should be continued till body is completely clear of patches and body clear of toxins. The relapses rate is low, if the attack is completely controlled. There should be no undue stress which affects either body or mind. Frequent sunbathes before the onset of winters are helpful .High protein diet in winter is advised. Psoriasis is such a detail subject that it can not be explained in few lines. There are many queries about differential diagnosis ,causes ,triggers, is it genetic, diet, curable etc. With more than 5000 patients in last 15 years we have refined ayurvedic treatment which is capable of giving quick results and is safe. At kayakalp global skin clinic we have developed and researched Ayurvedic treatment which will solve your problem. For more information contact. You can send pictures of the affected area. After reviewing the case individually, will guide you about the best possible treatment and time frame.

Dark circles are mostly due to habits. Avoid rubbing eyes. Get allergies tested. If you have refractive errors, get it checked and corrected. Avoid eye cosmetics and chemicals. Shampoos that seep down to eyeswhile bathing can contribute to this, so don't let it accumulate. Food should b supplemented with iron capsules. Have green leafy vegetables and jaggery in plenty. Overtime with computers, laptops, television, can increase the chances of darkness around eyes. Get your hb checked. Catch a good six hour sleep everyday. Relax and destress with yoga, meditation, prayer.

hello...i think u have allergic conjunctivitis..Eye allergies, called allergic conjunctivitis, are a common condition that occurs when the eyes react to something that irritates them (called an allergen). The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva (the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of your eyelids) become red, swollen and itchy, with tearing and burning. The key to treating eye allergies is to avoid or limit contact with the substance causing the problem.Avoid rubbing eyes instead do cold compresses. Use antiallergic eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop. this will help u

Is there any way to maintain the natural black colour of hair? I'm getting brownish.:(

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Is there any way to maintain the natural black colour of hair? I'm getting brownish.:(
Steps to prevent and cure hair greying 1. Constant exposure of hair to heat is one of the major reason for early greying of hair. Heat removes moisture from hair making it dry and rough. If not taken proper care our hair starts becoming weak and white. Some of the precautions that can be taken are as follows- a. Try to remain in shade during peak sun hours. b. Wear a hat, cap or a cover your hair with a scalf to prevent direct contact of hair with sun c. Avoid taking hot water baths. This removes the moisture from hair making hair grey. d. Avoid using blowers at very high temperature, instead lower the temperature and then use to keep hair healthy. 2. Diet is also an important factor for keeping hair black and strong. Lack of vitamins and minerals can lead to greying and weak hair. Lack of vitamin B12 makes hair white while deficiency of mineral zinc leads to hairfall. Hence eat a balance diet with adequate vitamins and minerals to provide complete nourishment to hair. Take a vitamin B12 capsule or a multi vitamin capsule to get rid of grey hair. Eat fruits, vegetables, proteins, and adequate water to keep hair strong and moisturized. Include vitamin A, B, C, E and minerals like zinc, copper, iron and folic acid for maintaining the dark colour of your hair. 3. Chemical hair products can also lead to grey hair in a young age. Avoid using low quality hair products as these products contain chemicals like ammonia, chlorine etc. that can remove the natural darkness from hair and also make it roots weak. Instead use chemical free products which contain natural extracts to maintain the darkness of hair. 4. Chlorine water in swimming pools can damage the quality of hair. Regular contact of hair with such water can decolourise its colour. Wear swimming cap while you enter the pool. Following these precautions will prevent greying of hair. 5. Biotin present in cucumber, oats, almonds can make your grey hair black. Biotin have properties that help to maintain the dark colour of hair. It has the ability to darken white hair and make hair soft. Hence eat biotin rich foods to cure greying of hair. 6. Stress is condition that leads to degradation of our entire body. It damages our skin and hair taking away the moisture and making it look dull. Stress can also make your hair grey. So avoid stress and try to remain happy always. Try yoga, medication or try some exercise to prevent premature greying of hair. 7. Melanin deficiency in hair also leads to hair whitening. As we grow old melanin in hair starts decreasing and hence our hair becomes grey in old age. 8. Every day scalp massages are very important to restore the darkness of hair. The head massage helps to improve blood circulation in the area, which is very important because the hair is fed mainly through this, and this aspect is very important because the first grey hairs appear in temples because the blood flow is reduced. You can do the massages yourself or ask a family member for it.
