I am 22 years old. Due to wearing specs for many years ,my eyes have gone deep inside with worst dark circles. It seems it won't go throughout my life. My dermatologist prescribed me Avarta cream and told it will cure only 5-10% not more than it. she told my eyes are placed inside. My eating habit and sleeping is fine enough. Please help. I don't want fillers at this age.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Hello lybrate user for reducing blackness of your knees and elbows take 1/2cut potato slice and rub it on elbow and knees let it dry and wash with water. You can also use brown sugar plus lemon juice scrub twice a week before bath.

I have lipoma in my right palm. A ball like swelling in right palm. I have this for 6 years. But I was not consult any doctor.

Lipoma are fat tumors and are not carcinogenic. Lipomas can be left untreated but if it causes any difficulty in daily activities or pains- then it should be removed.

When I am in India my face skin color is very very mildly dark (may be red). Currently I am living in USA, but now my face skin color is changing to dark and my body skin color is light red. Hi lybrate-user. Sorry to know about your pain. Rightly said by you there is a hole in the area where the tooth was taken out. And food stuffs get stuck there and the pain nags u. Though usually the pain in such cases is not too severe. But a constant nag that your attention gets deflected from your daily routine. Well george nothing to worry about this. As this is the course of healing how the socket heals. Eventually the hole will close by the gums and much later where there is a hole the bone forms. But my freind this takes a while as you know bone and gums don't form so fast. Let the nature take its course. Ofcourse for the pain you can take any pain killers that suits you or the pain killer prescribed by your dentist. Makes sure you keep urself hydrated well and be on a high protien diet. Your dentist must've mentioned you about salt water rinses. Continue doin that as it doesn't let the bacteria grow because of the food stuffs inadvertently getting on to the area. Give it a few days and ill be totally fine. Don't overprescribe urself with medicines. As let the body fight against the mild pain. Eat well and stay hydrated and keep the area clean.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight. Management: 1.Take 1 glass of Luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning daily. 2.Drink at least 2 litters per day. Lukewarm water is best for drinking. 3.Avoid cold drinks and alcoholic drink like beer as they contain more calories. 4.Don't skip meals. Avoid heavy meals. Take light meals. 5.Must have 3 main meals per day – In between main meals take fruits & green salads. 6.Eat seasonal fruits & Fresh vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain fibres to help you feel full quickly. 7.Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 8.Eat more whole grains and cut carbohydrates. Choose proteins instead of fatty ones. 9.Cut salt from your diet. 10.Eat home foods. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 11.Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 12.Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body. 13.Do regular exercises daily. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Green tea has antioxidants which are good for health in general. Similar antioxidants are present in most of the vegetables and fruits. However Anti-oxidants do not reduce any weight. There is no scientific evidence to show that Green Tea or Green Coffee can reduce any weight. There is no medicine or mix or herbs that can burn body fat. Body weight is due to extra fat/carbs consumed which gets stored as fat. This fat can only be reduced by burning it with Exercise + Light Natural Diet.

Tips for regular weight lose: increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables and low calorie foods. Avoid intake of too much salt as it may be a factor for increasing body weight. Milk products like cheese, butter etc. And non-vegetarian foods should be avoided as they are rich in fat. Mint is very beneficial in losing weight. A chutney of green mint with some simple spices can be taken with meals. Mint tea also helps. Spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. Are good for loosing weight and can be used in a number of ways. Regular intake of carrot juice. Avoid rice and potato, which contain a lot of carbohydrates. Among cereals wheat is good. Vegetables like bitter gourd (karela), and bitter variety of drumstick are useful in loosing weight. Honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions.

Taking care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. * have adequate rest and timely sleep. You may have limitations because of your profession, but stick to it as far as possible. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall.

Dear, your skin is going through a rough patch. Your skin probably is sensitive to factors like climate, sun, dust etc. If you have new pimples growing everyday, it is high time that you consult a doctor. Usage of products like facewash, creams etc only give you a temporary effect. What you need now is an indepth analysis of your skin.

'Anxiety is a very normal emotion, which gives rise to feelings of nervousness every now and then. An anxiety disorder is a serious medical condition in which people experience a high degree of distress and mental trauma, which causes difficulties in leading a normal life. People suffering from this medical condition experience high levels of anxiety and nervousness almost all the time. Here are the symptoms that indicate you're suffering from anxiety disorder. 1. Excessive worry - This condition persists if you worry about the day to day activities a bit too much on a regular basis. It is identified when you start taking too much stress about very petty things, which tends to affect you in an adverse manner. A noticeable sign of excessive worry can be too much fatigue. 2. Sleep problems - Problems falling asleep at the right time and problems in maintaining a sound sleep are two signs that indicate you have an anxiety disorder. 3. Irrational fears - This symptom is not generalized; instead, it is specific and subjective in relation to a particular thing or situation. The fears that are experienced under this category are sudden and unexpected in nature and there is no fixed rationale behind these fears. 4.
