She has tight vagina or vaginismus- the muscles of vagina go into spasm. Give more time to foreplay. Some medicine can help her. Use lubricant during sex.

SEMEN COLOUR, QUANTITY AND THICKNESS changes according to physical condition and sexual intercourse / masturbation timing and related mental and physical conditions. Therefore, don't think too much about the thickness or quantity of sperm. If you want to know the quality of sperm, get your sperm checked for that. Hello and welcome to Lybrate. Masturbation does not cause any of the effect which you have mentioned and infact it does not cause any harm at all, medically and scientifically. Di not believe in quack or on anyone who made you to believe in this and if you starts to believe in their advise then you definitely started having anxiety and performance anxiety which will negatively impact your sexual and also personal life. Dear lybrate user, you haven't specified the duration of the patch and whether it's painful or not. A non-healing ulcer (more than 2 weeks old) requires a proper clinical checkup so consult your dentist immediately to know the exact cause. Also, drink plenty of water and fluids and avoid fried & spicy food.

Hello ring worm has tendency of recurrence, if not treated properly. It's advisable to take full course of antifungal for complete cure. Kindly share picture of infection, so that further treatment can be suggested. Meanwhile, take care of following points: 1: avoid sharing his clothes n bedding. Wash them with warm water. 2: use loose cotton clothes. Avoid sweating as much as possible.

* firstly take your meals with proper chewing and do not be hurry in taking meals to avoid acidity after meals. * take less spicy food & avoid chilly in meals. * try to avoid stress. If you feel unable to avoid stress & extra thinking then follow meditation techniques. Sit in a calm & well airy room & do long breathing. Concentrate on your breathing. Do it for atleast 3-5 minutes twice a day. You can do anulom - vilom pranayam in the morning. It calm down your mind and lower the gastric irritation. * put 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds (saunff) in a glass of water in night and drink this water in morning everyday to cure gastric problem. * take few leaves of mint (pudina), coriander leaves (dhania), pinch of rock salt & pinch of black pepper. Crush them well and make paste. Take 1 teaspoon this paste (chatni) with meal in morning & evening.

First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation.Hope this may help you. Hello, before conception, you need to rule out the reasons behind miscarriage. So consult a gynecologist and get a couple of tests done such as tsh prolactin, anti-phospholipid, anti-body and lupus antibody.

First and foremost take medicines for diabetes regularly. And follow these simple advices -Eat regular meals throughout the day at same time everyday. Avoid skipping meals. -Include high fibre foods at each meal i.e.Legumes (beans/lentils, nuts (almonds, walnut, eggs etc) ? -Take fruit as a healthy snack i.e. Apples, pears, papaya, mausami, jamun, guava -Avoid: grapes, mango, bananas, jackfruit,cheeku . -Vegetables to be included in plenty-at least 2 servings per meal. Include foods like daliya, oats, -Reduce the fat intake, fried foods, cakes, pastries and foods containing palm oil and coconut oil. Reduce salt intake in the diet to 1 tsp or less per day.Limit intake of sugar and sugary foods like sweets? if so desire can take sugarfree as sugar substitute . DIABETIC DIET CHART:: morning: 4-5 almonds soaked overnight in water or 1-2 walnuts 6: 30 a. M: tea + 2 mariegold biscuits (only for those who can't skip morning tea) 8: 00-9: 00 a. M: 2 roti + subzi + daliya /upma/poha/raw cheese/sprouts + 1 glass skimmed milk 11: 00-12: 00 a. M: fruits (only those permitted), salads, guava, papaya, pomegranate, cucumber, carrot, sprouts etc 1: 00-2: 00 p. M: 2 roti +dal + salads+curd/raita/buttermilk 4: 00-5: 00 p. M: tea + roasted chana/bhelpuri (only if hungry) 7: 00 p. M: salads/coconut water/lemon water (without sugar) 8: 00-9: 00 p. M: 2 roti +dal/khicdi + skimmed milk try to sleep daily on sametime till 11: 00 p. M. Special precautions: Avoid potato/sweet potato/arbi banana/cheeku/grapes/mango/litchi papads/ chatni/pickles/fried foods groundnuts/cashew/pista/raisins sweets/honey/cold drinks/jiggery Note: for preparing chapatis, use whole wheat flour mixed with chana flour or besan in 3: 1 proportion alongwith small amounts of soyabean flour.

Median stiffness 6.1, IQR 0.5 IQR/Med: 8. In liver function test total bilirubin 1.1, sgpt 40, ggt 11. (Liver function test done after two hrs of lunch) I had non alcoholic fatty liver, but one and half month ago USG report shows normal liver in size shape and echotexture. I do not take junk foods. I had no nausea, vomiting. Appetite is ok. Is it normal report? Please reply.

The sensitivity of usg machines to pick up fatty liver varies, it is also possible for people to have a fatty liver and the usg report to still be normal. Fatty liver disease does not have any symptoms in a great majority of patients. The way to treat fatty liver disease is by life style changes which include exercise and reduce sugar and fat consumption. Even if you feel you are not overweight but have been diagnosed with fatty liver you still have to follow the lifestyle changes.

Hello doc, I am suffering from social anxiety. Before some years back, I joined as lecturer after some days when I start to teach in front of students and if they didn't understand what I'm teaching and I felt like to start face sweating and arm sweating so after I'm getting full shy and body get heavy heat with sweating. I left the job now I changed the field to software industry, now again I am suffering from same problem face sweating when I facing interview so I couldn't clear the interview also now I'm jobless. I consult doctor in my native (hassan) they give some tablet it is not used to me. And now I unable to pay fee for doctor. Hie lybrate-user. "The only way out is through. It sounds counter-intuitive, but as someone who has dealt with social anxiety, I've found this statement to be true. It's natural to avoid anxiety or to deny its existence all together, but recovery comes in accepting it. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, relaxation and wellness, I've been able to address my anxiety head-on this past year. While I'm not sure it can ever be completely "cured" a holistic approach can certainly help manage and reduce it. Here's my advice: 1. Educate yourself: Learn the physiological causes and effects of anxiety. Your symptoms/feelings stem from your fears, your thoughts, and your body's own fight-or-flight response (an antiquated alarm system left over from our cavemen ancestors). Though the adrenaline rush is uncomfortable, these feelings are not harmful by themselves and cannot be sustained for very long either. So, though your heart may be racing, that's okay. You're safe and in no real danger. Think about this: If you've had an anxiety attack, you've likely already experienced the worst your body can feel. Don't be bluffed by physical feelings. 2. Relax & take care of yourself: Learn to recognize when you're feeling anxious and take the necessary steps to relax and take care of yourself (this includes identifying common triggers like alcohol, sleep, and caffeine). To reduce anxiety in the moment, try deep belly breathing or mindfulness meditation. Both of these help calm the adrenal response. To relieve more long-term tension, try progressive muscle relaxation or vigorous exercise. The main idea is to acquire tools to calm yourself whenever anxiety strikes, so you can more easily cope. Think about this: Your body is a machine like any other. If you take care of it, it'll take care of you. 3. Question your thoughts: Learn to judge your thoughts critically instead of accepting them as facts. Your thoughts, more than anything, affect how you feel and ultimately your perspective of the world. People with anxiety often have an intensely negative view. They overestimate the likelihood of something bad happening, exaggerate the consequences, and underestimate their ability to cope. So check your thoughts. What evidence do you have? What are the odds of this happening? What would a friend say to you? Think about this: Just because you think something does not make it true. You're not a fortune teller, a mind-reader or the centre of the universe. Try to see things in a more balanced way and you'll feel better. 4. Behave courageously: Learn to face your anxiety despite the fear. This is obviously the hardest part, but it's also the way out. Anxiety has a way of chipping away at self-esteem. It'll make you think you can't do THIS or you can't do THAT. It's easy to get stuck in this cycle of fear. But you can face your fears a little each day, and eventually, work toward your bigger goals. It doesn't matter how small the initial steps are. Instead of dread, try being curious in these new scenarios and use your coping skills. It's not about being free of anxiety in these early moments, but enduring despite the anxious feelings. This is how real change happens. Think about this: By taking small steps each day, you can rebuild your confidence. You're a lot stronger than you think you are. Don't let anxiety dictate your life his is directed towards the social anxiety you might feel in a bar or party before you get drunk. It's for the feeling you get when you walk into a crowded room of people and you know no one. If it works for generalized social anxiety as well, fantastic. I have to disagree with any advice that starts with thinking or realizing something. Screw thinking. Start with your feet. Move them. Beeline in the direction of the nearest human being. Next, open your mouth. Say anything. Ask what time it is. Ask for directions to the nearest ATM/Chipotle/bar/strip club. Ask for the bathroom because you just pooped yourself. It doesn't matter. Just do it immediately. Do this a handful of times and you will feel MUCH more at ease. Social anxiety is a head game played in some unreal future. Starting with your feet keeps you out of your head, Starting immediately keeps you in the present. You can imagine all you want, but that's playing anxiety's game. Anxiety is a terrifying theory about the future. Anxiety has a hard time standing up to the reality that you're already living what it was going to theorize about. So start with your feet!
