5 Energy - Boosting Foods to Try

In our day to day lifestyle, it has become very difficult to maintain routine and habits to the optimal level. But in order to, function efficiently and to put your body in full functioning capacity, here are five energy boosting foods to try: 

  1. Honey: This natural sweetener is extremely low on the glycemic index and acts as muscle fuel, thus helping you to replenish the muscles during and post exercising. It is literally nature's counterpart to an energy drink that can be added to tea, water or even your yoghurt. 
  2. Banana: One of the most popular and well loved energy foods, bananas being mostly composed of sugars, can provide a head-on energy boost. 
  3. Nuts: They are extremely important in converting sugar into energy. Also, they are extremely handy to munch on when feeling lethargic or low in energy. Nuts like almonds, cashew nuts or hazelnuts are rich in magnesium and help to keep blood sugar levels even and supply protein to keep the hunger away. 
  4. Cardamom: This popular spice is well known to help boost energy by promoting blood flow. Indulge in a cardamom laden curry or a tea infused with cardamom to combat low energy levels.

Homoeopathy iska upay hai .apko medicine ki jrurt hai. Lekin mujhe aapke or symptoms chahiye jiske bad mai dawai de saku. Tab tak ap ye dawai lo. Causticum 30 three times a day for 5 days. After that consult me online for follow up.

Once you reached your ideal body weight your body will try to maintain it, here you didn't mentioned your height so I don't know you are in your ideal weight or not. Normally through exercise and proper food intake you can maintain your weight in a healthier way. First you have to make a proper plan for your normal day, like according to your convenience set proper timing for your food intake and exercise. Next plan is what you are going to eat and how you are going to do exercise, If there, for a time period avoid the intake of alcohol, soft drinks, deep fried items, sweets and pastries. At a time if you are taking more calories that will make you fat, eg: with lunch if you are taking soft drinks or juices or with break fast if you are taking tea or coffee, You can have that tea, coffee or juices in between your main meals like mid morning, evening. Maintain 2 to 2.5 hours gap between your each meals including your mid morning and evening snacks. With your each cereal intake include vegetables as a form of curry, subji, salad etc. With your diet don't stick with a particular vegetable and fruits, try to include all different colored vegetables and fruits. Include fruits in mid morning or evening. Start with low grade exercises about 20 min and gradually increase up to one hour. Take at least 3 liter of water. What I said all are general instructions, Customized plan only possible after getting your complete details.

Mix a tsp each of honey,curd,papaya and aloe,apply it on face for ten minutes and wash off without soap.Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

I look very tired I'm always dull due to studies I'm not at all to be focused so please help me this problem.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.
