Ionization Therapy For Controlling Hair Loss & Promote Hair Regrowth!

With hair loss becoming a major cosmetic and psychological concern, people are constantly looking at effective ways to manage and treat this condition. One technique which is gaining popularity is ionization. Ionized water is gaining popularity for inducing hair growth so that hair loss is treated. Each cell has an equal number of protons and neutrons, which carry a positive and negative charge. Ionizing an atom is when this balance is lost (naturally or artificially) by removing some protons.

The hair has 3 layers from inside out - medulla, cortex, and cuticle. The medulla is present only when the hair is considerably thicker and determines the strength. The cortex provides the texture and color to the hair. The cuticle is the protective layer which provides damage-control effect. A good pH balance improves the protective effect of the cuticle. When ionized water is used regularly for hair rinse, it strengthens the hair by balancing the pH and thereby improving hair health. It seals the cuticles from external damage, and provides an additional protective layer. It also compacts the hair follicle overall, protecting it against damage.


Mentioned below are a few benefits that can be seen immediately after the procedure:

How to use?
Ionized water is readily available in stores and can also be made at home using an ionizer. A pH of about 4 is ideal, if required, few drops of apple cider vinegar can also be added. Using this water in the below manner regularly can workwonders for hair growth.

  1. About 16 ounces of ionized water can be used for each hair wash.
  2. Wash hair regularly with shampoo and rinse it out completely.
  3. Apply half the bottle of ionized water and leave it on for about a minute and rinse it out completely
  4. Use the conditioner and leave it on for 5 minutes. Rinse it out completely.
  5. Use the remaining half bottle ionized water and do not rinse the hair. This will give maximum protective benefits.
  6. Try this simple technique and see your hair regrow and shine.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

To clear your doubts get an ultrasound pelvis done to rule out any pathology and follow up with reports and Get your blood checked for CBC Tsh prolactin and follow up with reports.

Isotretinoin will not cause weight loss. If you lose weight you need to check your blood for diseases like Hypothyroidism, anemia and blood dyscrasias .If you feel you are grossly underweight and not gaining weight, first of all you have to check if you have any disease like anaemia or thyroid disease by a blood tests CBC, PBS and TSH. If the tests are normal, you have to do this for gaining weight and follow these steps .1) Estimate your calorie needs for weight gain. First, you need to determine your total energy expenditure (TEE). For thin men, multiply your weight in pounds by 11, and for thin women, multiply your weight in pounds by 10. Then multiply this number by an activity factor. If you get very little activity, use a factor of 1.3; if you get a little exercise or have a job that requires standing, use 1.6 if you're a man and 1.5 if you're a woman; or if you are moderately active, such as with a light labour job, use an activity factor of 1.7 if you're male and 1.6 if you're female. Once you've determined your TEE, add 500 to this number for your total calorie needs for weight gain. 2) Eat five to six small meals a day. Eating smaller meals more often helps prevent you from getting too full, which might help you get in more calories and help you reach your weight-gain goals. 3) Balance your intake. Even though you need to eat more calories to help you fill out, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics says it's still important that you include a variety of foods from all the food groups, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein foods and dairy products. 4) Add calories to your usual foods. For example, at breakfast make your oatmeal with milk instead of water; add cheese and avocado to your sandwich at lunch; and instead of steaming your veggies at dinner, sauté them in olive oil. 5) Snack on high-calorie foods. Fruit and nut mixes, peanut butter on whole-wheat toast, cheese and crackers are all nutrient-rich, high-calorie snack options that can help you gain weight. 6) Drink your calories -- but in a nutritious way. While water is good for hydration, when you want to gain weight it's better to drink beverages that supply calories. Milk and 100 percent fruit juice make the healthiest drink choices. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics also suggests that you drink your fluids in between meals so that it doesn't affect your appetite during mealtimes. 7) The most important gist of the weight gain programme is to Keep a food diary or use an online calorie tracker to help make sure you are meeting your calorie needs. Add non-fat dried milk powder to your milk, soup, yogurt, mashed potatoes and hot cereal. A 1/4-cup serving of the powder adds 109 calories and 11 grams of protein. To help make sure you gain muscle and not fat, add strength training to your exercise routine.
