There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

I want to lose weight as I am suffering from arthritic complaint for quite a few years. I am not taking any allopathic medicine for any of my problems but prefer siddha. What to do.
First start with some healthy habits like stop eating oily, outside, preserved foods. Start eating home made foods only. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat more of vegetable and fruits. Do more of yoga, floor exercise and surya-namaskar. Keep minimum 2 hours of gap between meal and bed time. Start taking warm water in the morning along with lemon or fenugreek seed powder or green tea.

There is no cream that can ensure fairness, not even the ones with steroids ensure fairness, they can also end into rashes or redness, pigmentation etc. Keep your skin healthy and radiant by eating right, drinking sufficient water, cleansing your skin from time to time, use sun protection, try to stay indoors from 12-4: 00 p. M. Use sun screen for oily skin, use oil control face wash. Do not use creams for oily face. Dove soap should be find for your skin, try using that in place of face wash for a month.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear lybrate-user. Welcome to lybrate. I can understand. Loosing someone near and dear is called grief and depression related to grief is pretty normal. But this sort of depression does not stay for long. This depression gets cleared within a span of some weeks. The best option for you is to undergo counseling and depression related therapy. Hi. We call it bp problem when the bp is continuously high. White coat hypertension does not require treatment. As you said, your bp at home is absolutely normal. So you do not have to take any medicines of bp control. Take care.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease & develops due to blockages in the skin's hair follicles. These blockages are thought to occur as a result of the following four abnormal processes: a higher than normal amount of sebum production (influenced by androgens), excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation, colonization of the follicle by propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria, and the local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the over-production of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkercheif with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe the slightest sweat from your face as soon as you perspire. When you enter your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing facewash. Take a less carbohydrate rich diet. Do some exercise daily. Along with maintaing the aforesaid rules you can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. Also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifoium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

No you won't get pregnant. From 10th day to 21st days of menstrual cycle are fertile or unsafe days. All remaining days are safe for sexual intercourse. But please use some better contraceptive method next time like condom, so you won't feel stressful.

In today's world, getting quality sleep has become a luxury due to various factors like excessive work and the internet. There are certain tips, which you may follow to improve the quality of your sleep. Some of them are:

  1. Limit caffeine intake: Drinking too much coffee stimulates the body making you energized and thus hampering your ability to fall asleep. Aim to avoid coffee at least 5-6 hours before you go to sleep.
  2. Follow a sleep schedule: You should make it a habit to go to bed and wake up at the same time on a regular basis. This will allow you to fall asleep easily as the body's internal sleep cycle is reinforced, thus facilitating better sleep.
  3. Try to create a comfortable environment: Comfort is an important factor when it comes to sleep. A proper environment with comfortable clothing allows you to relax and experience better sleep. Make sure the room is dark, cool and quiet to help you fall asleep faster.
  4. Pre-sleep routine: You may follow a ritual before you go to sleep on a regular basis as this may help in preparing the body for sleep. Taking a bath or engaging in mediation for a few minutes are wonderful practices to follow before you sleep.
  5. Exercise on a regular basis: You should exercise on a regular basis as this will allow you to sleep better. Exercises also releases endorphins that improves your overall wellbeing.
  6. Reduce stress: Aim to reduce stress as this will allow you to sleep better. Stress may cause anxiety and insomnia which may impair your sleep.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. Wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. Apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. Wash hair with arnica montana herbal shampoo (sbl) drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.
