Go for blood test of filaria parasite. Take homoeopathic medicine hydrocotyle q/ bd 15-15 drops + 1/2 cup water for 21 days. But go for investigations.

Condition is called dysmenorrhea. Menstrual cramps are due to a hormone-like substance called prostaglandin that causes the uterine muscles to contract during menstruation. 1. Heat applying heat on the lower abdomen is the easiest way to control menstrual cramps. Heat helps relax the contracting muscles in the uterus. Place a heating pad over the lower part of your abdomen and lower back. You can even use a regular plastic bottle filled with hot water. Apply the heat until you feel more comfortable. Alternatively, soak a towel in water, wring out the excess water and then heat it in the microwave for one minute. Place it on the lower abdomen until the towel cools. Repeat every few minutes until the pain is gone. Even taking a hot shower may relieve pain and make you feel more relaxed. 2. Ginger ginger is a wonder herb that can effectively ease menstrual cramps. This herb plays a key role in lowering the levels of the pain-causing prostaglandins. It also helps fight fatigue associated with premenstrual syndrome and can make irregular periods regular. Grate a small piece of ginger and boil it in a cup of water for five minutes. Strain it and add a little honey and lemon juice. Drink this tea three times a day during your menstrual cycle. You can also add ginger in your food while cooking or suck on some ginger candies. Egg white works well in order to lighten the pimple marks and the pimple scars. Take a fresh egg and break the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the pimple marks. After 10-15 minutes, wash with the cold water. Baking Soda Take some baking soda. Mix some water with the baking soda and apply this mixture on the pimple marks. Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the pimple marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.

Secondary amenorrhea have treatment. It can be cured by medicine. Treatment depends on the cause of amenorrhea. Normal monthly periods usually return after the condition is treated. A lack of menstrual period due to obesity, vigorous exercise, or weight loss may respond to a change in exercise routine or weight control (gain or loss, as needed)

Why Stress Is Deadly?

Stress in the body is a way of responding to threats. These threats need not be physical, but could be in the form of financial trouble, work pressure, relationship difficulties, major life events etc. When we are put under pressure our body releases hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol that makes the heart beat faster, tightens muscles, increases blood pressure and makes the senses alert. 

This is our body’s way of protecting us. However, the body cannot distinguish between life threatening events and the mere pressure of giving a presentation. Experiencing this fight or flight response on a recurring basis can lead to an impaired digestive system, lowered immunity, increased blood pressure and hence risk of strokes and heart attacks and can make you age faster. 

Stress cannot always be avoided but it can be dealt with effectively so as to not allow it to harm your health. For this it is important to first recognise the symptoms of stress. Stress symptoms can be categorized as cognitive, emotional, physical and behavioural symptoms. 

Cognitive Symptoms: 

  1. Memory loss 
  2. Shortened attention span 
  3. Negativity 
  4. Anxiousness Emotional 

Symptoms: 

  1. Depression 
  2. Moodiness 
  3. Anger 
  4. Feeling of isolation and loneliness 

Physical Symptoms: 

  1. Rapid heartbeat 
  2. Lowered libido 
  3. Frequent flu or stomach upsets 
  4. Nausea and dizziness 

Behavioral Symptoms: 

  1. Loss of appetite 
  2. Insomnia or sleeping excessively 
  3. Social withdrawal 
  4. Excessive smoking, drinking or use of other intoxicants 

The amount of stress each person can Tolerate before it begins to affect their body varies. While some people thrive under pressure, others are paralysed by it. Some ways you can increase your stress tolerance levels are: 

1. Become emotionally aware 
For some people, stress is a normal way of life and they do not realize when they’re putting their body under too much pressure. Being aware of how you feel physically and emotionally can help you realize when you are stressed out. Having the emotional awareness of what it takes to calm down your stressed nerves also helps you bounce back from a stressful situation. 

2. Build a strong Social Network 
People who have a close and strong network of friends and loved ones who they can share their thoughts and experiences with can tolerate more stress than those who are socially withdrawn and have fewer opportunities for social engagements. 

3. Get some form of regular physical activity 
Regular exercise benefits both your physical and mental health. Exercising calms your nerves and lowers the production of stress hormones in the system. It also gives you time to focus on yourself and distracts you from other worries and tensions. 

4. Eat the right food 
Processed foods such as refined carbs or sugary snacks can worsen stress by causing fluctuations in your blood sugar levels. Instead, eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables along with proteins and healthy fats. Good sleep at night!

इस तरह की क्रिया से सेक्स के प्रति रूचि कम होने लगती है और एक वक्त ऎसा भी आता है जब पति पत्नी के मध्य सेक्स की क्रिया नहीं के बराबर हो पाती है। यदा-कदा अगर ऎसा होता भी है तो इस क्रिया में वो आनन्द और मजा नहीं आता जिसकी चाह हर औरत और पुरूष को रहती है।आम तौर पर युवाओं में आजकल सेक्स के प्रति अरूचि होने के समाचार ज्यादा मिलते हैं। इसकी एक वजह जहां तनाव भरी जिन्दगी है वहीं दूसरी ओर इस कार्य को करने की जानकारी का अभाव है। अक्सर युगल रात को हमबिस्तर होते वक्त एक ही क्रिया से सेक्स करते हैं जिससे इस काम में आनन्द का अभाव महसूस होता है। हाल ही में एक सर्वे से यह साबित हुआ है कि अपनी सेक्स लाइफ को दिलचस्प और मनोरंजन बनाने के लिए सेक्स वीडियो या पोर्न फिल्मों को देखना चाहिए। इस वीडियोज और फिल्मों के जरिए रचनात्मकता के साथ सेक्स करने की प्रेरणा मिलती है। सबसे अहम बात यह है कि पोर्न वीडियो को सिर्फ मनोरंजन के लिए मत देखें, यदि आप उससे कुछ सीखने के प्रयास करेंगे, तो आपकी लव लाइफ बेहतरीन हो जाएगी।कई युगल ऎसे होते हैं, जो एक साथ बैठकर पोर्न फिल्में या पोर्न तस्वीरें देखने में झिझकते हैं। चाहे भले ही उनकी शादी को कई साल क्यों न हो गए हों। आम तौर पर महिलाएं ऎसे वीडियो या तस्वीरें देखने से झिझकती हैं। लेकिन सही मायने में ऎसा करने से सेक्स के प्रति भूख बढती है और सेक्स की इच्छा ज्यादा हो जाती है।वीडियो या पोर्न फिल्में एक साथ देखने से आप अपने पार्टनर के साथ ज्यादा खुल सकेंगे। इन्हें देखने के बाद आप सेक्स के नए तरीके इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। यही नहीं यदि आपके साथी को चरम सीमा तक पहुंचने में देर लगती है, तो पोर्न वीडियो इस मामले में कारगर साबित हो सकते हैं।यदि आपकी पार्टनर पोर्न तस्वीरें नहीं देखना चाहती है, तो अच्छा होगा कि आप उसे वीडियो दिखाएं। उन्हें ऎसे वीडियो दिखाएं जिसमें çस्त्रयों के एक्शन ज्यादा हों। इससे आपकी पार्टनर भी क्रियाएं बदल-बदल कर सेक्स करने में सहयोग करेगी और आपकी सेक्स लाइफ जिसमें रिक्तता महसूस होने लगी उसमें फिर से क्रियाशीलता आएगी।

I am a student of B. Com second year. In the last two years my weight has gone up from 75 to 96. What should I do?
Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Hi Lybrate User Periods missed or delayed to changes in hormonal level. There are long list of reasons in hormonal changes so firstly we have to rul out the exact cause of this. To increase hemoglobin level you can use pomegranate and black Kishmish regularly. You can Take Syp Rejoton 20 ml two times a day after taking food. Use Syp Manoll 10 ml two times a day after taking food. To stimulate uterus for restoration of menstrual cycle you can use Tablet Rajpravaratani vati two tablets three times a day after taking food. For fair skin : • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .

Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with t. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one at night for 5 days, c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Hexigel ointment on the area of ulcer. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Obesity is lifestyle disorder. You gained weight over time. You must lose weight over time. Not quickly. Otherwise it comes right back! try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If it does not work than, contact for personalized program as per your hormonal and metabolic status. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes.
