Hi im 23. I never faced this problem. But recently I started loosingmy hair, and the hair has become very thin before its not used tobe like this, and I use meera shampoo nly. I do not use any serum r gels. One can clearly see my skull, making fun of me. Can you please help me out. Suggest me any shampoos r tablets. Homoeopathic bioforce five phos tonic 5 ml after meal and take milk one cup daily for one month. Avoid spicy food, fast food. Use green salad and fruits in diet. Also do exercise in early morning.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. *. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

The Benefits of Drinking Water for Your Skin!

Approximately 60% of the human body consists of water. It is one of the most important components that help in the process of digestion, blood circulation, mineral absorption and even excretion, ensuring smooth functioning of your system. A mere drop in the water content of your body can lead to dehydration, which can affect your body in more than one ways. Dehydration can also take a toll on your skin leaving it dry and life less. In order to ensure the health of your skin, it is highly recommended to keep your system hydrated.

How drinking water affects the skin?

  1. Keeps skin soft:  Skin is made up of 3 layers namely, epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue. When the water content of the outermost layer of the epidermis is insufficient, your skin tends to lose elasticity and feel rough.  Intake of adequate water hydrates the skin cells and makes them function properly, making your skin soft and supple.
  2. Moisturizes dry skin and lessens the appearance of wrinkles:  Insufficient intake of water makes your skin appear dry and flaky; such a skin is more prone to wrinkling. When you drink sufficient water your skin cells hydrate from within. Hydrated skin is resilient in nature and therefore, it has less chance of suffering from premature wrinkling.
  3. Improves skin tone: Water is known for its abilities to flush out toxins from your system and for maintaining the proper functioning of your kidneys.  Sufficient intake of water ensures that harmful toxins and impurities are regularly flushed out of your system, thereby, adding a healthy glow to your skin. 
  4. Makes your skin appear younger:  It is advised to drink a minimum 8 glasses of water daily to keep your body hydrated. The condition of your health can be analyzed from the condition of your skin as a body that is hydrated well, makes your skin appear healthy too.
  5. Gets rid of dark circles:  The problem of dark circle arise over the years due to the damage of the capillaries under the eyes. The skin around the eyes is thinner than facial skin which hinders the smooth flow of fluid through them. As per your height you should be weight 50 Kg. Height cannot be increased beyond 18 yrs in girls. But you can try & gain weight by these healthy methods instead of taking any medication or supplement as these are harmful. 1. Drink 3 litres water daily 2,. Have small frequent meals instead of 3-4 large ones 3. Include foods high in nutrient & energy density. Ex- paneer, cheese, skim milk powder added to cow/buffalo milk, nuts, oilseeds, milkshake, fresh fruit juice, whole egg, chicken fish, thick creamy soup, premix, malt with milk & sugar. 4. Have peanut butter, rice with ghee, thick rotis with ghee, stuffed parathas, potato, mango, jackfruit, dates. 5. take 15 mins light walk before meals to enhance appetite

Dear user we can very well appreciate your concern regarding indigestion issues. It could had been better has you provided us with your diagnosis at the time of discharge. Because every patient has a different requirement for medicines. Digeplex is basically a digestive enzyme and is quite a safe drug. It is advisable that you take this medication by mouth with meals and snacks as directed by your doctor. The dosage is based on your medical condition, diet, and response to treatment. If you are using the tablet form of the medication, make sure not to keep it in the mouth because doing so can cause irritation to the gums and cheeks. Swallow the medication with water. For the chewable tablets, chew thoroughly before swallowing. If you are using the capsule form of the medication and swallowing is difficult, the capsule may be opened and the powder mixed with food or liquid. Be careful not to inhale any of the powder because doing so can irritate the inside of the nose or cause an asthma attack. Use this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it. If your doctor has recommended that you follow a special diet, it is very important to follow the diet to get the most benefit from this medication. Do not change brands or dosage forms of this product without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Different products may contain different amounts of the digestive enzymes.
