Dear . Tension means anxiety. Anxiety is fear about unknown happening or fear about future. Anxiety about things which we do not know or anxiety about things we are not experienced are common. Please tell me what makes you anxious? past? present? future? career? economic status? health matters? anything else? let me know. Take care.

Today I gone through with such a situation that I don't know how to react on that. One of my office friend her mother is suffering from breast cancer and she is under treatment from last 6 month approx. So every time I used to ask with my friend about her health n recovery whenever I meet her. My first question was always that ki wat is your mother whats going on. Wat doctors say etc. My friend she is also suffering from thyroid that too shared by her. Last Friday I met her in our office washrum. When she opened the door n enter inside the washroom I was standing we greet each other n I asked that wat going on your neck. Dere was some blackish spot. then I came closer to her that was a hair growth. Which was coming come. Earlier she also discussed about dat with me. Dat she is deciding to go with laser treatment for unwanted facial hair. But today she came n saying to me that I want to say something. Don't interfere in my personal life. I can understand your intention. Dat wat she said. I said wat I did. She said the way you said to my black spot I don't like. Every time you r saying something to me. Etc. Please help where I wrong.

Your friend is most likely undergoing lots of mental pressure. Her mother is suffering from breast cancer & she herself is not in good health. For a female, problem like abnormal hair growth in any parts of body, especially in visible parts is very stressful, difficult to accept & becomes a sentimental issue. Everything accumulating, your friend might be suffering from great emotional turmoil, with which maybe she is not able to cope with. Because of this she might have reacted the way she did today. The hair growth might be disturbing her so much that she does not want to talk about it, as more she remembers it her frustration grows more. So stay calm & try to understand the stress your friend is undergoing, putting yourself in her shoes. She may also have some misunderstanding regarding you or might have misinterpreted your concern. Deal with the situation patiently. Give time to your friend & do not linger the topic now by discussing about it further. When you meet her next time, greet her & just have routine talk without discussing anything. When she will calm down definitely she will think over it again. If it was a reaction to the stress she is undergoing, she will understand & assess this incident better when she calms down & then might talk to you about it. That time you talk your mind openly to her in a cool way & explain to her that you asked her out of concern as a well wisher & nothing else. If you now come to know that she is having some misunderstanding regarding you from either her behavior or through someone known, still do not react nor talk to her about it immediately. Let some days pass by & let the present situation calm down. After some days when she calms down & is at ease, have an open discussion with her. Initially start with a routine conversation & make her at ease. Then tell her that you wanted to discuss something with her if she does not mind. If she is relaxed & responds well, continue the conversation further & discuss this present incident. Explain to her that you asked out of concern only, & if she minds talking anything regarding her personal life, apologize honestly & assure her that you will respect her feeling & will never discuss such topics anymore. If while discussing, you find out that there were some misunderstanding, try to clear it. After discussing this serious topic, again switch back to some routine topic & ease the situation. After that politely take leave, putting an end to the conversation. Most problems have some solutions & every misunderstanding can be solved through healthy discussions.

Dear sir, I am in a problem my girlfriend broke up the relationship with me and I am like a mad now what is the solut...
It looks like you are pining for her after the break up. Have you analyzed why you two had this fallout? If it your fault, then apologize and see if she is amenable. If not you may have done something quite unforgivable. Boy/girl relationships are very intense, and the very thing that makes it attractive (the opposite sex and all its nuances), can also be its nemesis. You must learn what that difference was about your past relations and this particular one and find out how to live with a love relationship. There must be love, respect, commitment, honesty, trust, and freedom in the romantic scene. If however, this is final, then remove all associations of hers: gifts, notes, letters, cards, emails, and any reminders to get her out of your system, not mind. Keep the good memories but don’t indulge in them. Get back to your old pals and revive those contacts. Normally when we get a girl friend, we drop all our friends and live exclusively with her. This is not a good thing to do, generally. So do get back to them and get into good social circles. They will help you get over her. Do not talk ill or malign your ex to your friends, whatever was the reason. That is unfortunately a very bad habit many of us have – we must still respect her reputation and treat her with dignity. Since this break up is so serious, do meet up with a counselor and talk about your feelings, openly. This is not the end of the world and she is not the only girl in life. You will find another but learn not to repeat the mistakes that led to the breakup. This time choose wisely and behave like a true gentleman.

My mother is suffering from schizophrenia I am visited to doctor but not getting relief could you suggest me any thing.

Try another doctor, and there is no way she can manage without medication. At her age this disease can be quite crippling and difficult for her too. What she needs to do is to go for counseling along with the medication. She must be put on a tight time schedule of activities too. She must be occupied but not busy: occupational therapy is highly recommended. Anything that attracts her attention is normally good for her. Always keep her mind engaged with outside distractions because otherwise she will go internal where all the craziness lurks. Once she goes internal she can get locked in and getting her to relate to the external world thereafter will become near impossible. Ideally she should be around people who will interact with her. Sometimes these methods can actually relieve her of many symptoms of the disease. Exercise is an integral part of her daily routine but it has to be suitable to her age and physical condition. Remember there is no cure but getting her to become functional as much as possible at her age is good for her and the family. This will be an on-going exercise and everyone must pitch in, be patient and kind, yet firm. Any passive state will encourage degeneration.

He may have Post Head injury loss of memory/ Reactive Psychosis. And Anterograde amnesia. Also he may have subtle damage to brain resulting in Organic Brain Syndrome. You need to get assessment for organicity and behavioral analysis and a mental state examination. An MRI Scan/ EEG are also helpful alongwith Psychometry.

Have you heard of the story of the 2 woodcutters- one who went on cutting trees without resting and the other who rested and sharpened his axe after cutting each tree. At the end of the day who do you think was able to cut more trees? The first one right ??? No, the second one , because with a sharper axe it took less time and effort to cut the trees . keeping busy with no time time to eat and rest , will not help you in the long run. A healthy mind rests in a healthy body and for having a healthy body you need to have a proper diet , lots of water , and proper exercise and rest . If you start having proper balanced diet and on time - your health will start to improve. Have a proper breakfast at the beginning of the day so that your body has enough calories for the entire day - have fruits all seasonal fruits are good. Have moderate lunch and dinner - at the right time. Avoid having too much of tea and/or coffee- try kill your appetite. Instead of having a tea - grab a fruit. Keep fruits, dry fruits and roasted snacks handy in case of emergency.
