He needs to find the cause whether its related to muscle, joint or cartilage under knee cap. Treatment will depend upon diagnosis. I played cricket after a long time and now I am having severe pain in my hip bone its paining when am going to stand while sitting and vice versa. Although the pain in much less now as I took a good sleep. What to do about the pain?

Sudden severe exercises can start symptoms like these. Take rest for few days. Restart gradually build & up stamina. It could be OA/Obesity DO hot fomentation. Any way take Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS You will need other supportive medicines also. Contact me again if needed. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

You can help your back get back to normal by being extra careful about how you use it and doing a few easy, sensible exercises. -stay conscious of how you bend and lift: start the movement from your knees, not your back, when you lift baby, laundry, stroller, etc. -don't hunch over when you're feeding or cooing to your baby. A straight spine is a happier spine. -use a footrest to elevate your feet slightly when sitting. You deserve to put your feet up anyway! -try not to stand for long periods of time. Whenever possible, place one foot on a low stool when standing in order to take some pressure off your lower back. -do hot water fomentation for back pain. -weight management is another important thing for low back and knee pain. Dear user, heel pain due to various reason. To confirm first should take one foot x ray, you can see the mild bony prominence in the calcaneus bone. This one called as calcaneus spur. This one causes severe pain. You should avoid cont standing or weight lifting. Avoid milk and milk products. Take homeopathic medicine Ledum. Pal 30 twice daily and calc. I am 18 years old female. Height 5 feet 5 inches. Weight 60 kg. I have irregular periods from starting i.e, since five years, which lasts for 10 days every time. Recently I had my periods lasted for 10 days and again with 7 days gap I had my periods which again lasted for 10 days. And from then daily a little brownish discharge is seen. I ll have very heavy bleeding for 5 - 7 days and the rest with normal bleeding. I am having body pains during my periods. Not able to concentrate on my studies even. What should do to get rid of this. And y is this happening to me.

Hello. U have heavy bleeding n it's affecting your health n studies also, 1st thing is that this happens in this age group. your menses nt set yet to normal cycle. U need proper treatment for 2-3 months, do some test like CBC, thyroid test n BSL. IF all reports r normal then don't worry your period wil be normal. For health ,do some exercise n good nutritious diet ,it also hepls for regularitiy of period.

I hope your foot injury must be healed by now. And if it is your flat feet that is hurting you, then you can do some foot, plantar fascia, gastrocnemius and soleus stretching. Also there are some exercises.

Hi swelling behind your wrist, if it's not bony it's might be a soft tissue swelling, most probably ganglion. If it's painful you may get it removed. Thank you.
