You can take homoeopathic medicine bryonia alba 30-5 pills 3 times daily for 2 weeks. Avoid sitting in squatting position. Avoid using Indian toilets, use western style toilets. Do knee exercises daily. Reduce weight. Revert back after 2 weeks with feedback.

Hello Doctor My age is 32 I have cervical spondylitis I had done a ct scan which detected cervical in the mnth of June. Now from past 15 days I am having daily pain in my back neck. My Dr. has recently given me tablet lubrijoint 1 daily for 60 days and Saso 500 for 10 days 1 daily. Are these tablets safe will they help me. I feel like doing a xray to recheck if the problem is same or has increased. Which xray is done for cervical spondylitis Pls let me know. Will these medicine help me.

I do lot of travelling. Almost 17 days a month. Only taking boiled foods. My back pain is more realised when I sleep under fan. Also I got pain in right elbow. The medicine has temporary effect if your back muscles are weak because of your long travelling or sitting hours you need to start strengthening exercises for your back. Correct your posture keep your back and neck straight while sitting keep a small pilllw behind your lower back while sitting, take frequent breaks and walk. Learn these exercises from a physiotherapist and do them two times a day after hot water fomentation. It should help.

Take rest. Avoid sitting down/ squat. Hot fomentation. Do quadriceps strengthening exercises once pain subside. Take good antiiflammatory medicine.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.. .

The only thing thats going to help you is avoid the two wheeler ride, its a known cause for slip discs and listhesis which cause backaches and frequently severe problems too. Try uisng public transport more frequently. Regarding your backpain, apply hot/cold compresses 3-4 times a day, avoid bending forwards and lifting heavy weights, try early morning joggings and have a healthy diet,

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart..

First look at your chap pal. Is it of hard sole. If so change it wear chap pal of soft coushioned sole. If you are not getting relief then revert back with details so that you may be cured.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

At this stage even pain killers r going to make much difference. Along with your medicines start physiotherapy and exercises by today only as it is the key thing that will help you to match by day to day activities. Exercises should include strengthening of all the muscles of lower limbs, specifically quadriceps and hamstring muscles i. E. Front and back muscles of thighs, stretching of your calf and hams, ankle toe movts many more. Tc. And if possible please attach your knee x-rays. For further querry feel free to consult.

Sorry to hear about injury. Normally it take 45 days to recover from fracture if its there. Cast is good option if fractures is simple but if its" open or communited" or other type then after cast also take re xray n check the position of bone is perfect. Otherwise manually by traction or other way it should be correct. Mean while take care n get well soon.
