It is the extra semen and not the sperms which come out and that is normal. Regarding pregnancy, I don't know for how long you are trying. If it is only 3-4 months, don't worry, just try in most fertile days of the cycle which are from 12th -16th day , counting from first day of menses

What is the recommended frequency of having intercourse for couples. We are 38 and 36 and married for 11 years. We make love 2 to 3 times a week. Is this a healthy average for our age. Are we doing more or less?

She can take the tablets, but first consult gynecologist. Along with the tablets take proper nutritious diet and do intercourse during fertile period which is mid cycle form 10th day to 20th day of period.

Please note that you can not predict a time frame and sometimes it takes time to conceive. Have patience and here are some tips which can help: Tip #1: The biggest secret to getting pregnant faster is knowing when you ovulate (release an egg from your ovary). Think of the egg as a bull's-eye and the sperm as arrows. One of the arrows has to hit the bull's-eye in order for you to get pregnant. If you notice that you have irregular periods over the course of several months, pinpointing ovulation could be difficult. Ask your doctor for advice. Tip #2: Once you know when your egg will be released from your ovary, you can plan to have sex during your most fertile days: from three days before ovulation through the day of ovulation. (Starting a little sooner can't hurt; some women have gotten pregnant from sex that happened six days before they ovulated.) If you have a regular cycle of 28 days, days 12 to 16 days are said to be a woman's most fertile period counting from the first day of cycle. Tip #3: Sperm have their best shot at fertilizing an egg when they're healthy, strong, and plentiful. Several things can help your partner get his sperm supply in fighting shape: - Cut back on alcohol (studies show that drinking daily can reduce testosterone levels and sperm counts and raise the number of abnormal sperm) - Quit tobacco and recreational drugs (these can cause poor sperm function) - Eat enough of certain key nutrients ? like zinc, folic acid, calcium, and vitamins C and D ? that help create plentiful, strong, wiggly sperm - Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and hot baths, since heat kills sperm.

Hi lybrate-user, white discharge befeore&after periods is normal phenomena for any healthy women& even its common during midterm of cycle. Means 2nd&3rd wk after periods also, as then that is ovulation time,&so the dicharge is. Unless its offencive odored, with any itching, rash over extrenal area, staining the linen greenish or yellowish in colour, then we could suspect any infection, then some times both couple should use the medications based on the diagnosis&if any infections I identified. As you are taking more intake of water, then the out floew also will be more. Once you can check by taking less intake or avoiding water intake for few hrs&then observe, still the same frequency is maintaining or not so. Anyway, there are no sugar levels identified in test, you need not worry& at the same time you continue the more intake of water as usual which is good for body ingeneral. **abt conception, iys just 4 months only since married, so, you need not worry abt pregnancy. Plan the intercourse during ovulation period, i. E. From 2nd wk to 3rd wk. More often. If your menstrual cycle is normal, then you need not to worry. But still you are anxious, or after waiting 2 more months, you both try to go for check ups, including harmones[ like thyroid, lsh, etc}& for your husband. Semen analysis.

Post pregnancy, you may experience pain due to multiple reasons. However, such pain might subside within a few weeks, but still it is advisable that one should be prepared prepared for all kinds of discomfort post pregnancy, such as the pain you endure while breastfeeding or the epidural pain. If you have undergone surgery, then there may be pain due to surgical incisions as well. One should keep herself hydrated all throughout and be patient while trying to deal with such post pregnancy pain.

Managing pain depends on the type of pain you are experiencing. Below is a summarized account of the different types of pain one might go through and how to come out of it.

Incisions: In case the delivery occurs by the caesarian procedure, you might have to endure pain from the incisions. The pain generally lasts till all the incisions heal, so you will require pain medications to get relief from the pain.
Uterine contractions: The uterus needs to return to its normal size after the delivery. The pain from these contractions tends to increase with subsequent pregnancies. Like incisions, pain medications will be administered to help you get relief from the pain.
Vaginal dryness: A woman s vagina tends to be dry while she is breastfeeding. This can cause pain if you want to indulge in sexual intercourse. In this regard, lubricants (preferably water based) are a good way to treat vaginal dryness.
Engorgement of the breast: When a woman starts lactating, her breasts tend to become fuller and thus, cause minor but persisting pain. A breast pump (used to extract milk from a woman s breasts), in this case, can relieve you of such pain.
Back pain: Pregnancy related stress and strain can often lead to back pain. This back pain usually stems from holding the baby and breastfeeding it. If it so happens, you can consider changing your posture while breastfeeding and taking warm baths twice a day to get rid of the backaches.
Joint pain: There may be pain in your joints such as the one in your wrists, hands and feet. This usually occurs due to all the chemical changes that your body undergoes during pregnancy. Pain medications and stretches can help ease this sort of a pain.
Pain in the legs: Post pregnancy leg pain is caused because of all the fluids that are administered intravenously. Once the content of fluids in the body reduces, the pain tends to subside. However, any sign or symptom of blood clots or visible redness in the legs might warrant medical attention at the earliest.
Headaches: This is the most common type of pain that can result from a pregnancy. Headaches are caused due to hormonal imbalances, insomnia and stress that you may experience. It is advisable to not take any pain medication in this regard as painkillers can interfere with your bodily hormones even more, given that headaches are usually not something to worry about. Drink plenty of water and try to get ample rest; this should take care of the pain automatically.

What is premenstrual syndrome (PMS)? In a layman's language, it is that time of the month you don't really want to unnecessarily bother a woman or you might have to face the brunt of an emotional outburst. In medical terms, it is a combination of emotional, physical, psychological changes that occur in a woman after ovulation and culminates with the ending of her menstrual flow. The most common mood-related symptoms are irritability, depression, crying, oversensitivity, and mood swings.

The most common physical symptoms are fatigue, bloating, breast tenderness, acne, and appetite changes with food cravings. In severe cases, anger, irritability, anxiety and tension leads to loss of the functioning ability of a woman. If you've been there or are suffering, you are not alone. There are scores of women around the world who experience these symptoms. Here are ways to minimize and get rid of PMS.

1. Control PMS with diet changes: Certain food types in general are not a healthy choice but can cause more harm than good during PMS. Depending on what factor affects you the most, cut down on these types of food.

b. Caffeine: Can lead to anxiety, sleeplessness and irritability

5. Take a break: No matter what physical or emotional trauma you go through, it can double up because of stress and lack of sleep. Knowing your 'off' days, it's best you find a way to take some time off for yourself at a spa or try meditation and deep breathing. Do what you love to do to. Keep your mind calm and clear. Listen to music, take a walk with your dog or simply read a good book.

To start with, change your diet, take a few supplements and herbs, and start exercising, and you should see the change in the first few cycles itself.

I think you mean nt test. It is a screening test for chromosomal disorders like downs syndrome. It gives us a risk assessment of your delivering a baby affected with downs syndrome and a few other conditions. It is being advised in pregnant women all over the world at 12 weeks.
