I love running either on tread mill or long routes on road. But recently in feeling little pain in my knees. Sometimes I feel stain in knees while sitting on floor. What should I do to cure it and what precautionary measures I should take ?

Use good quality running shoes and change them every 3-6 months depending upon distance you run. Run on soft surface as far as possible. Avoid tar roads, tracks are good option or sand, grass.

Dear Kuldeep, The key to resolution of grief is ventilation, that is share your burden with somebody trusted such as a friend, relative, doctor or therapist. The other thing to remember is rather than reducing your interaction with others, you need to increase it and meet people. Give more time for your hobbies. Do not neglect food and water. Take eight hours of sleep but then get out of the bed and dont keep lying down. DO this for a few days and you will feel better. If problems persist, the option of medicines is always available.

smoking will cause a dependency on nicotine which is supplied by smoking in a particular amount and when you stop smoking the body is not getting its share and it may cause this discomfort. . you can do yoga or any other excercises which help in toxin removal. For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and we have to rule out whether there is osteoarthritis of the joint and in a known case of diabetic we need to control sugar levels with medication, aerobic exercise and following a diabetic diet.

Lower back pain you can do it this exercise, 1 Lying on your back, bend your right knee into your chest and place a strap or rolled-up towel around the ball of your foot. Straighten your leg toward the ceiling. Press out through both heels. If the lower back feels strained, bend the left knee and place the foot on the ground. Hold for 3-5 minutes and then switch to the left let for 3-5 minutes. 2…. Lying on your back, bend your knees into your chest and bring your arms out at a T. As you exhale lower your knees to ground on the right. Keep both shoulders pressing down firmly. If the left shoulder lifts, lower your knees further away from the right arm. Hold for 1-2 minutes each side I hope you will fit and fine………………………

Hello, kindly follow health advices given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 F (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal Dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ so that we can confirm cause of fever Consult Physician for Further Management

Hai, sir my face is very highly black heads how to remove the black heads please give easily solution sir.
Home Remedies- 1. Mix equal quantities of saffron, turmeric, neem, red sandalwood, tulsi, and multani mitti with buttermilk or milk and make a paste of it. Apply twice a day. 2. Prepare a mixture of lemon juice and rose water in equal quantities. Apply this mixture on the affected areas and wash off with fresh water after half an hour. 3. A paste of fresh fenugreek leaves, applied and washed off with warm water before going to bed is good for removing scars/black heads. 4. To remove skin marks, apply a mixture of carrot juice and pineapple juice to skin twice a week. This not only removes the marks but also adds shine to your skin. Make a powdered mixture of coriander seeds, saunf, tulsi, turmeric, and Indian gooseberry (amla) in equal parts. Take ½ teaspoon of this powder 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. Take 1 teaspoon of powdered Indian gooseberry fruit (amla) in morning and evening with water. Eat fresh neem leaves twice a day. Do's and Do not's- Avoid spicy, oily foods, tea, coffee, cold drinks. Eat fresh, unprocessed food. Avoid White rice, bread, corn flakes and other foods which are high in glycemic index, triggering acne formation. Avoid washing your face with soaps. Use fresh aloe vera twice a day. Cleanse your face with lemon peels. Increase intake of water to about 3-4litres per day, and take coconut water. Yogasanas- Sarvangasana, Vajrasana, Shavasana, Anulom-Vilom Pranayam. Practice meditation.

In view of age one may take chance to gain height if age is less than 21 years. This includes stretching exercises, yogasana like tad asana, sarvangasana, and herbal preparations for 8-9 months, regular single and double bar exercise, practice in morning and evening may help

One should avoid eating certain food and edible items completely to control falling of hair. Consuming Nicotine, Alcohol, Caffeine and Sugar can result in lowering of nutrient level your body drastically. This can lead to hair loss and high androgen production because of increase in adrenal levels in your body .

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. The fat that you are carrying around was accumulated in years. So how can you expect to lose it in mere days. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: monday/thursday: chest + triceps tuesday/friday: back + biceps wednesday/saturday: legs + shoulders don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein.

Please note the following for your condition: the head should be massaged slowly with oil or shampoo while bathing or cleaning hairs resulting blood circulation becomes fast and the skin of the head is protected from dryness. Shampoo should be used only two times a week. Hairs should be washed with curd for removing dandruff. Spicy or fried foodstuffs should not be eaten. Excessive cream or jell should not be applied on hairs. For further queries get back to me.

I am not able to sleep since 1 week. I always try to sleep on time but I am helpless. I am not getting proper sleep. In a week I slept hardly 3 4 hours only. I have tried each n every possible thing. I am not taking any stress nor any pressure. I have started to drink milk at night also to get better sleep. But all this is in vain. It is definitetly insomnia, a significant percentage of population suffer from insomnia. The reasons need to be evaluated before you are treated. Consult a psychiatrist. There are non-dependent medications to treat insomnia as well as sleep hygiene, which will be decided after the evaluation.

Mr. lybrate-user you are suffering with extra pulmonary tuberculosis so in my opinion you should go to your dto of your district hhospital there you will get complete treatment with drug for 6 month.

Have more of raw fruits and vegetables specially iron rich fruits like beetroot, pomegranate, watermelon, colocassia leaves. For hemoglobin you can also have honey and jaggery.

Hi. Acne scar take time to go if acne are properly treated. Need not to worry. It will go by its own. Apply sunscreen in the morning and any good moisturizer in the night.
