Hi, do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Take dates with milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. No drink before and with meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

I think my son has got flat foot and knock knees . He is 3.5 years old. Some told that it will automatically be corrected by ageing. But I want to know that the knock knee is normal as in other kids or his condition is more critical.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Depends, what from which ingradients it made of, generally gym supplements are not from natural sources so you end up with lot of health challenges. May not show up immediately but definetely as you are aging. Now what side effect - mostly it will affect your central nervous system - brain functionality. Like abnormal behavours. Hye. This is normal in the sense that when you eat your stomach stretches so you can see it distended. Try to eat smaller and more frequent meals. Avoid gassy foods and do not drink too much water with meals. Take warm water after meals.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
