You should take a lukewarm water in the morning, you should go for a 45 minutes brisk walk every morning/evening, do exercise atleast 15 to 2o minutes. Follow balance diet, drink more water, use salad before meals take sprouts. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Don't use table salt. Avoid junkfood,

I've had a very bad relationship with a guy and I feel lost and very depressed now. I do not feel like eating anything and I cannot focus on my studies.becozof this I'm losing weight and and I do not even have friends here for an emotional support. I'm only 17 years old. I know I was way too young for all this but I've been fooled and lied on. And I cannot even share all this stuff with my parents neither can go to a doctor so my friend suggested me to try this app. Please can someone suggest me how to get out of all this? Dear lybrate user. Welcome to lybrate. I can understand. Loosing someone near and dear from a deep love relationship is called grief and depression related to grief is pretty normal. But this sort of depression does not stay for long. This depression gets cleared within a span of some weeks. The best option for you is to undergo counseling and depression related therapy. Dear Lybrate user, Well don't panic in this condition. The Levels of both Creatinine and sugar are within normal limits. But better to take precautions in taking diet and food habits. No oily and spicy things slow down non veg if at all taking. More of liquids to be taken and start taking Tab. Cholecon plus (Recure Health Care Pharmacy) or take Tab Lipistat of (Dabur Company) daily once for prevention and Syp. You are having problem due to allergic rhinitis or sinusitis. 1.Do an allergy test after consulting allergist to find the cause of allergy and follow advice accordingly. 2.Also consult ENT specialist to rule out sinusitis 3. Do steam inhalation with Karvol plus inhalant capsule. 4.Put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily. 5.Take one tablet of cetrizine at bed time

Hello pimple are some times common with the age due to hormonal imbalances. But I am giving you some tips, follow it. * eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal * eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal * avoid sour salty spice food * avoid curd, but take butter milk * use only cow milk & ghee * avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water * for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk or ointment aclrear or acnowin for local application for better suggestions & medicine, I need detait history like appetite, bowel habits, diet, lifestyle, acidity or gastric trouble? etc. You should take herbal face treatment in nearer ayurveda centre. It will help to remove marks. You can use kumkumadi lepam of nagarjun pharma.

What are seasonal allergies? — Seasonal allergies, also called “hay fever,” are a group of conditions that can cause sneezing, a stuffy nose, or a runny nose. Symptoms occur only at certain times of the year. Most seasonal allergies are caused by:

●Pollens from trees, grasses, or weeds

●Mold spores, which grow when the weather is humid, wet, or damp

Normally, people breathe in these substances without a problem. When a person has a seasonal allergy, his or her immune system acts as if the substance is harmful to the body. This causes symptoms.

Many people first get seasonal allergies when they are children. Seasonal allergies are life long, but symptoms can get better or worse over time. Seasonal allergies sometimes run in families.

Some people have symptoms like those of seasonal allergies, but their symptoms last all year. Year-round symptoms are usually caused by:

●Insects, such as dust mites and cockroaches

●Animals, such as cats and dogs

●Mold spores

Many children with seasonal allergies also have asthma. (Asthma is a condition that can make it hard to breathe.)

What are the symptoms of seasonal allergies? — Symptoms of seasonal allergies can include:

●Stuffy nose, runny nose, or sneezing a lot

●Itchy or red eyes

●Sore throat, or itchy throat or ears

●Waking up at night or trouble sleeping, which can lead to feeling tired or having trouble concentrating during the day

Young children often do not blow their nose but instead sniff, cough, or clear their throat a lot. They might also get into the habit of breathing through their mouth because their nose is stuffy.

Because children do not always understand what allergies are or how they affect people, they sometimes put up with severe symptoms. This can really affect their life. Children with allergies can have trouble concentrating or doing school work. They can even have trouble with sports. Your child might not be able to tell you what is wrong, but you can look for symptoms that show up at the same time each year or last a long time. You might also be able to tell that a child has allergies by the way he or she looks (picture 1).

Seasonal allergy symptoms usually don’t show up in children until after age 2. If your child is younger than 2 and has these symptoms, talk to his or her doctor about what might be causing them.

Is there a test for seasonal allergies? — Yes. Your child’s doctor will ask about his or her symptoms and do an exam. He or she might order other tests, such as allergy skin testing. Skin testing can help the doctor figure out what your child is allergic to. During a skin test, a doctor will put a drop of the substance your child might be allergic to on his or her skin, and make a tiny prick in the skin. Then, he or she will watch your child’s skin to see if it turns red and bumpy.

How are seasonal allergies treated? — Children with seasonal allergies might get one or more of the following treatments to help reduce their symptoms:

●Nose rinses – Older children can try nose rinses. Rinsing out the nose with salt water cleans the inside of the nose and gets rid of pollen in the nose. This can also help to clear things out if the nose is very stuffed up. Different devices can be used to rinse the nose.

●Steroid nose sprays – Doctors often prescribe these sprays first, but it can take days to weeks before they work. (Steroid nose sprays do not contain the same steroids that athletes take to build muscle.) Your child’s doctor will prescribe the safest dose for his or her age. In the US, it’s also possible to get one steroid nose spray without a prescription. If you decide to use this on your child, check with your child’s doctor if your child needs it more than 2 months of the year. Use for longer than 2 months should be monitored by a doctor or nurse.

●Antihistamines – These medicines help stop itching, sneezing, and runny nose symptoms. Some antihistamines can make people feel tired, and should not be given to young children. Talk to your child’s doctor before trying any new medicines.

●Allergy shots – Your child’s doctor might suggest that he or she get allergy shots. Usually, allergy shots are given every week or month by an allergy doctor. These shots can help lower your child’s risk of getting asthma later in life.

If you want to try over-the-counter (nonprescription) medicines for your child, be sure to read the directions carefully. Some, like medicines used to treat a stuffy nose or red eyes, are not safe for young children.

Talk with your child’s doctor or nurse about the benefits and downsides of the different treatments. The right treatment for your child will depend a lot on his or her symptoms and other health problems. It is also important to talk with your child’s doctor or nurse about when and how your child should take certain medicines.

Can seasonal allergy symptoms be prevented? — Yes. If your child gets symptoms at the same time every year, talk with his or her doctor or nurse. Some people can prevent symptoms by starting their medicine a week or two before that time of the year.

You can also help prevent symptoms by having your child avoid the things he or she is allergic to. For example, if your child is allergic to pollen, you can:

●Keep your child inside during the times of the year when he or she has symptoms

●Keep car and house windows closed, and use air conditioning instead

●Have your child take a bath or shower before bed to rinse pollen off the hair and skin

●Use a vacuum with a special filter (called a “HEPA filter”) to keep indoor air as clean as possible

It is one of the biggest myth & lie spread by quacks that masturbation is harmful to health & causes loss of weight, strength, potency, malesness etc. Masturbation is natures way of giving a safe outlet to sexual urges. You may be surprised to know that even females engage in masturbation just like males. So rest assured that engaging into daily masturbation wont cause any harm & you need not avoid it! don't worry so much! if indeed your forearms are thinner or you think something is wrong with your body, we can investigate & treat it with proper medicines, but its definitely not linked with masturbation! you will be fine. Green tea helps control diabetes. Let me know how best to take it from following options:- 1- without adding anything. There are several causes of tooth discoloration, including: foods/drinks. Coffee, tea, colas, wines, and certain fruits and vegetables (for example, apples and potatoes) can stain your teeth. Poor dental hygiene. Inadequate brushing and flossing. Here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes. For faster result you can go for teeth bleaching from dentist.

Hello there is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 17 years so your number will not increase much now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

First of all you don't manage people, you relate to them. Now this is very important: learning to live with people and to love them too. The ultimate test of a personality is in the social context: what happens to us when we are with people? A greater test than that is when we are with members of the opposite sex. And the greatest test is of course what happens to us when we bed and board with a member of the opposite sex in marriage! It is really very simple: according to the relationship we enjoyed or not at home (which is the nursery of relating to people), we will tend to behave in the same fashion in society. Very simply pit: we must love other people as much as we love ourselves. Love is measured in terms of the time we are willing to give someone else. Therefore time is precious and time management is really very precious. You must learn to manage time by balancing urgency versus importance: urgency always takes precedence over importance. Now for your memory enhancement: I suspect that the adolescent issues with regard to hormones may be affecting your ability to concentrate and remember. When the hormones play up, it lasts for a period of close to two years and during that time you could be influenced by three signs directly impacted by the chemical: you will tend to become aggressive and rebellious, you will become sexually active, and you will have acne and pimple problems. The hormonal imbalances may not only impact your memory because of the chemical but also bring some distractions that come with it. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too.The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Now take you pick!

Yoga and meditation are good for yoga. Start with mild assan e. G. Kapaal bhati, anulom vilom etc. And then if possible try to practise surya namaskaar. A proper diet chart and medicines will also help to reduce to weight.
