Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

  4. Millefolium: Millefolium is the best homeopathic remedy when there is excessive bleeding and the wound is not clotting properly.

Hi 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day....take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid spicy food...junk food...fermented food.....tea...coffee...do pranayama early in the morning....

I know the days on which we should have sex to conceive. But should we try every day or should we have gaps of 2-3 days for the sperm volume to go up? Any foods the wife should avoid? Any tips and precautions during sex?

The gap is needed when we advise semen analysis. The gap is not needed when you are trying for a baby (as you already know the timing). Avoid alcohol, smoking and excessive caffeine and also very high heat should be avoided. No special precautions are needed except that you must avoid using any lubricants.

Hello, eating only perfect lunch and dinner will not help you. For healthy weight gain you need to make some changes in your daily diet routine and need to modify some lifestyle habits. Instructions are as follows: 1) eat more than three meals a day. Three main meals and three side meals. 2) don't wait until your stomach starts to growl to eat. 3) eat plenty of calories at every meal. You can add peanut butter, nuts, cheese in your side meals. 4) you can have banana or milkshakes in between your meals to maintain the calorie need. 5) avoid eating lots of junk food. It can wreck your metabolism. 6) drink plenty of water. Keep your body hydrated. 7) have sound sleep. 8) do not skip your meals. Dear lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation three times a day - avoid cold fluids, have more of warm fluids like water, milk, tea, coffee, soup - take tablet Sinarest, 1 tab three times daily - have syrup Chericof, 2 teaspoonful three times a day - avoid exposure to cold weather, dust - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables to boost your immunity.

Please read this & suggest me if this is a mental problem & if I need to go to a psychiatrist. Basically I am very hard working in daily work or physical work. But when I pick a book to study, I become very impatient, I start thinking about result or completing the topic or book fast & then make a plan or time table but I can't concentrate on study for long time. This depicts your nature. Although you are hard working but you are not a good finisher as you fumble when the task is about to complete due to anxiety going on in your mind. Actually you have a fluctuating mind and a number of things are going on simultaneously in your mind and this distracts your mind. So it is not a psychiatric problem but your problem is lack of concentration of mind and for that I will recommend you a homoeopathic medicine along with 10 minutes bramari pranayam twice daily so that you can control your mind so that it works in a synchronised way along with your body.
