Pcod patient go for iui Is it necessary after taking cause of fineova etc for 4-5 cycles.

Madam if your gynaecologist has recommended iui for you it would be based on several factors, like your and your husband's fertility, your egg size in this cycle etc. So if he or she feels your egg in this cycle is of an optimal size and development iui would have been advised.

It is a very common notion that fat is not good for your body. Most people have started opting for sugar instead of fat, which, in turn, has led to the rise in cases of diabetes. Here are some foods that are rich in fat and are actually good for you:

  1. Avocado: Avocadoes are different from other fruits in the way that they are rich in fats unlike other fruits, which mostly contain carbohydrates.   5. Extra virgin olive oil: Extra virgin olive oil is rich in Vitamin K and E along with various antioxidants. These antioxidants help in preventing inflammation and free radical damage to the body.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. I am 21 year old boy suffering from fever since last 25 days now my doctor advice me for some test of urinalysis and in that testing the pus cells and calcium oxalate are present in my body. Please tell me the reason for pus cells in my urine I m very scared and some people are saying that its a serious health problem.

I am having regular stomach pain only at early morning, once I freshen up , it goes away. Have got the sonography done. But it says. I have 3 to 5 MM stone. Which will go away with lot of water intake. No medicine or surgery is required. Please suggest.

Yes your pain could b due to stone & yes stones upto size 10 mm. May come out in urine without surgery. So take plenty of liquids & you may try barley water also & for pain take any antispasmodic sos.

Hi, Hope someone help me. I am 28 years old unmarried but I am getting engaged soon and I am going to get married in Feb 1st. I have few problems. 1. I used to masturbate when I was like 13 years old it's been nearly 10-12 years since I stop masturbating but I am having night fall problem. Minimum 4 times per month (1 time every week). I tried few things like drinking Sage tea before my bed, taking fenugreek seeds and few other things it doesn't seems to be working. How to cure this? 2. I am having pain in my pennis very close to the head where the shaft join. I checked with urologist they said no issues it will cure by it self. Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take .For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. Menses can be missed either because of hormonal changes or even stress or illness or even if you have put on some weight in recent times then also menses can be missed. All these problems are temporary and menses will come on its own. You can wait for another 15 days before you can take tablet deviry to get menses. In the meantime, keep repeating urine pregnancy test every week till you get your menses. First test to be done 7 days after the missed period. And self controlled method is not full proff method as pre-ejaculate secretions contain sperms which can cause pregnancy.
