I am 30 year old male. I had single fissure at anorectal jn with scarring from last 10 months. I had very little blood after stool and irritation and burning sensation earlier. Then I stopped spicy and junk foods and started taking fiber rich foods and more water. Now I had normal stools an no irritation or burning sensation but when ever I eat spicy or junk food, I have a chance of irritation or burning sensation in my anus and I am not comfortable in long time sitting more than 1 or 2 hour. I want to get rid of this condition completely. I tried Allopathy but it only gives relief in my condition. It did not cure me completely. I want a complete heal and cure of anal fissure and do not want fissure to come back again in future.

Mr. lybrate-user. As you have stated it I have this problem when I take spicy food. This is the problem with your diet you have to improve your eating habits take three full meals with plenty of water and vegetables fruits and add stool softener in your daily routine you should not pass hard stools This routine you have to follow for at least 4-5 months then your constipation cycle will improve. I hope you got your answer. If you have any doubt you can consult me.

There are many reasons why you may have black spots. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please send photos with detailed history in private chat for proper treatment. Use a good sunscreen and start exercising. Take lots of fruits and green vegetables in your diet.

Hello, Apply Homoeopathic medicine – Thiosinaminum Q few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin). Also take Causticum 200 orally twice daily for 4 weeks.

Is there any solution? So it can b cured easily?
Hi .For holes (scar) you will have to undergo fractional laser or dermaroller. For black spots use cream (sabiglow) and take few sessions of chemical peel.

How To Take Care Of Your Skin While Travelling?

How To Take Care Of Your Skin While Travelling?

Most of the people ask how can a person take care of his skin while travelling?
Well here are some tips:

1) Avoid wiping your face with hankie when you have pimples or oily face. Remember wiping with hankie without washing your face will just spread infection over the face. Always use wet tissues to wipe your face if your skin type is oily.

2) Avoid using previously used hankie for wiping your face. Use good quality face tissue papers.

3) Drink good amount of water and keep yourself hydrated.

4) Tie your face with scarf or any other cloth if you have got direct sunlight on your face to avoid tan.

5) Use sunglasses if its a sunny day because the more you stress on your eyes the more wrinkles you get around eyes.

6) Wash your face in atleast 5 hr interval whenever possible.

Achalasia - Signs You Are Suffering From It!

Achalasia - Signs You Are Suffering From It!

Achalasia is a very rare disease. Normally, your esophagus squeezes food down by making the muscular valve in between the stomach and esophagus relax. Achalasia occurs when this muscular valve is unable to relax and thus the esophagus is unable to squeeze the food down. The most common reason why this happens is because the nerves in your esophagus are damaged. The nerves most commonly get damaged because of abnormalities in the way your immune system responds. Till now, there is no cure to achalasia; however surgery or minimally invasive therapy can make the symptoms of achalasia more manageable. Here are all the causes and symptoms of achalasia:

Symptoms

  1. Difficulty swallowing: The difficulty you face when swallowing food is the most common symptom of achalasia. Both liquid as well as solid food will be hard to swallow.
  2. Regurgitation: If the food is regurgitating in the night, then the lungs may have been inhaling some food. This is very serious and you should see the doctor immediately if this occurs.
  3. Chest painYou may suddenly experience chest pain from a completely unknown cause.
  4. Weight loss: You may also suffer from sudden weight loss if you have achalasia. This is due to the reduced amount of food you will be consuming.
  5. Heartburn: Heartburn is when you have a very intense burning pain in your chest just behind your breastbone which is most commonly caused by regurgitation in your esophagus.

Causes
The exact cause of achalasia is not yet known. However, there are some theories on what causes achalasia. Here they are.

  1. Genes: The most common cause of achalasia is genes.
  2. Autoimmune disease: An autoimmune disease is when your immune system attacks your body's own cells. Achalasia is a type of autoimmune disease.
  3. InfectionThere have also been a lot of claims that infections are the cause of achalasia.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!
