Brush your tooth twice in a day, properly. Wash after eating food. Atleast once in a year visit dentist for scaling treatment & for regular check-up. & for pyria you have to take short course of medicine along with Scaling.

If it is a periodic recurrence you need to consult your doctor for the underlying cause. As a household remedy, I recommend application of turmeric powder (haldi) on ulcers or rinses with haldi water. Works very well. But still you need to know the reason for sore mouth so that it can be avoided in future. So, definitely consult your dentist.

There are many causes of yellow or discolored teeth. A few of the most common: 1.Drinks: Coffee and red wine cause major damage to teeth.. But other drinks with high acidity, such as soda, juices and even sports drinks can cause staining on the teeth. Even white wine is not far behind in staining our teeth yellow, because its tannins and acidic nature wear away at the tooth enamel.These Acidic drinks lowers the Ph of teeth below 6 thus causing corrosive wear and tear of teeths. 2.Certain Foods: Colored candies, popsicles and other bright foods can cause staining over time. Think of it this way – if your tongue turns a bright shade of blue, chances are your teeth are getting some of that discoloration, too. Even healthy foods such as berries (blueberries, cranberries, raspberries) can stain teeth. Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet and take a daily multi-vitamin. Using a rinse of saltwater and baking soda placing milk of magnesia on the mouth ulcer covering mouth ulcers with baking soda paste using over-the-counter benzocaine (topical anesthetic) products like Orajel or Anbesol applying ice to canker sores using mouth rinse that contains a steroid to reduce pain and swelling using topical pastes taking nutritional supplements like folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and zinc. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.
