For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and take tablet folvite 5mg once a day and tablet vitamind (60000iu) once a week for six months and do exercise regularly and on alternate days.

I have joint pain in hand and legs' finger since last 4 months because of 45 days of visit at gurgaon, haryana. I had take lots of medicine but till now I do not get relief. Please suggest me some curable advise. Thank you.

First get a blood test for uric acid, crp&r. A. Start hot fomentation of fingers and toes. Along with increased mobility exes. Please let me know the result of the test. For further treatment plan.

Do strength exercise of legs but start gradually process. Firstly apply heat fermentation for muscle relaxation.

Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Treatment at first includes regular ice, Do it for 20-30 minutes every 3 to 4 hours for 2 to 3 days, or until the pain is gone, together with reduced mileage or rest. Addressing the causes is likely to include ensuring that shoes have adequate cushioning and stability, and building up training mileage slowly. Take anti-inflammatory painkillers. Do range-of-motion exercises. To strengthen the muscles of the lower leg, place a weighted ring on your foot. Point your foot up, in and out 10 times; perform three sets. The pain usually subsides as fitness improves. Go to physiotherapist to identify and treat issues in your legs or running mechanics that may be causing pain. A therapist can also help ease the pain and guide your return to sport. Best wishes.

Shoulder advice. Regular stretching of shoulder muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation. Use cervical pillow.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise.

Why is this?
Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Hams stretching. Sports taping hot fomentation.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily.Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health.GOOD DAY.

Hi, hope you are doing good, you can go for swimming it's very good exercise, and try to walk in water if it's possible and learn stretching and strengthing exercise of leg muscles with the help of any physiotherapist, and try to wake at least three km per day if possible, don't worry you will be fine, be happy and make other happy take care.

Please tell me duration of pain and what was the initiating factor for it? what medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. I am suffering from neck back pain from last 1 year, I am male 23. Why is it so? taken many medicines precribed by doctors as well as x-ray but nothing happens. Still there is always pain.

Start with physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for cervical. Don't sit on floors. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium and methylcobalamine supplement with glucosamine for three months minimum.

Improve your posture. Avoid forward bending. Start hot saline fomentation followed by volini gel and back exercises.

I am 23 years old man. I was an active sportsperson (football and athletics) in my school and college days. Now I hav a severe pain in my left knee. Its more evident when climbing up stairs and when kneeling or sitting down. After consulting 5 orthopaedic doctors and doing Mri I am diagnosed with chondromalacia patella. Sir, we have many option for you - for your knee pain - go for janu basti, localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. These procedures will relax your knee muscles along with patella and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. These all would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

if possible send exact location of itch or pics. If you have fungal infection/itching, then home remedies or self treatment wont work to cure it, for fungal itch I will prescribe a schedule of anti fungal medication for your specific problem which have to be strictly followed or the fungii may develop resistance and come back later once cured. Hence never self treat fungal itches with any self prescribed medicines or it may lead to resistance and lifelong problem. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

mix 1/2 spoon sendha namak {salt} in boiled 1small cup of water.and drink slowly 3 times in a day. 1 spoon saunf and 1 spoon jeera 1/2 spoon ajwain boiled in 4 cup water and drink empty stomach morning and evening.
