Premature greying is the reflection of disturbance in the body. It is majorly genetic. Stress: physical or mental, nutritional, thyroid are few other causes. Melanin is produced with the help of protein. Food rich in minerals, protein and iron. It is very important to eat all this as it gives nutrition to the hair. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Hello, Avoid outside and, junk food. Get easy options which do not require extra cooking like cereals, porridges, soups, etc which are home made with minimal efforts. Go for jobs or any activity which will ensure you burn extra calories.. You have to take a conscious effort to ensure weight loss is possible, as you already know your problem.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Instructions for computer use: take frequent breaks while you are working every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen blink more frequently' level of screen should be below the level of eyes ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle power.

You need a high protein high calorie diet. Eat more protein food. Eat nuts and good fats. Eat fit & lite oil of doctor's choice 20-25 ml/day. Eat ghee, butter, paneer, milk product, cheese, chocolates. You need to do exercise. Eat various nuts/ day 2-3 no. Eat oats, sattu, ragi. And complex carbohydrate. You need to take soya seed.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert. For Height: The diet for gaining weight and gaining height is inter-related. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 3yrs. More to grow further! Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. Dark circles are normal. But Hb should be increased. Whenever a pregnant lady comes to us, we can not give enough time to see all reports, but we must concentrate on Hb- so she needs therapy- depending on detailed result- iron or not, blood may be needed. In some cases, iron should not be given. So, detailed blood tests are eesential.

1. Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply powder in the area 2.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one 3. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one 4.Maintain personal hygiene 5..Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 6. Take one tablet of levocetrizine(5mg) at bed time if itching is severe 7. If no relief, take one tablet of Tefdin/Terbest(Terbinaffin250mg) at bed time for 2 week/(2-4wk) 8.Consult for further advice
