1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals. 2. Avoid junk/ fried/ sugary foods& drinks, alcohol. 3. Have healthy snacks in between main meals - whole fruits, coconut water, nuts, oilseed, soup, dal chila, dhokla, sprouts. 4. Include salads in lunch ,& dinner. 5. Exercise daily for at least 30 mins. 6. Take stairs instead of lift & walk instead of hiring transport. 7. Drink 3 litres water daily. 8. Take 15 mins light walk post main meals. 9. Eat slowly chewing each bite well.

Mr. Lybrate-user, hypothyroidism slows down metabolic activity and weight gain starts occuring. So it is very essential to maintain tsh levels around 3 to 4 milli units/l, if efforts to reduce weight have to be successful. If she has started taking 50 mcg per day, then tsh should be checked after 6 weeks, if the level remains higher than recommended then further increase may be required. Plus patient also should take the tablets early morning on empty stomach and nothing should be taken for next one and half hour to two hours. Plus should avoid soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, mustard, peanuts and coffee. Consume good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Always use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. Do not use refined flour like maida. Exercise daily for at least one hour. Thanks.

Peptic ulcers usually cause pain after eating. Bloating and dyspepsia. Nausea and vomiting also. Complication can be hemorrhage, perforation or gastric outlet obstruction. Avoid pain killers, spicy, oily and junk food. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Healthy timely diet is a best precaution.

You can go for a morning walk or can do some light exercise in starting and and than add more exercise. Or you can do breathing exercise or yoga it will give strength to your mind and body both.

Hello,These are the causes of premature graying hair includes- "A hormonal imbalance, Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few gray hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age." *First of all you should correct our diet because what we are eating , that is reflecting on our body, so we should take Foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Hi healthy weight loss can be achieved through a combination of lifestyle modification and dietary changes, both well balanced. Have more fibre rich foods, fruits and vegetables, eat pulses like sprouts, have daliya and whole wheat and bajra, jowar etc rather than refined foods. If nonvegetarian have only egg whites and tandoor form of chicken and fish.

How much water is enough to drink in the night time for free motion in the morning.
Remedies in case of constipation one should be very careful with the use of laxatives as they can often weaken the colon due to their strong action. They should be taken only in acute conditions. It is better to use simple diet remedies. A lot can be recovered by proper eating habits. Eating freshly cooked food is helpful. Spices like cumin seeds, coriander, turmeric powder, fennel and asafetida is good as it makes the food easily digestive. Proper chewing of food is very important. There should be at least four hours difference between two meals. Drinking some fruit juices between two meals is all right. Eating all day is completely wrong and causes many diseases. One should eat only when he feels hungry. Lunch should be the main meal because during the noon time, the digestive fire is extremely strong. Breakfast and dinner should be light. Eat your dinner at least two hour before sleeping. Do not mix too many kinds of foods in one meal. Take plenty of leafy vegetables and salads. Do not drink water one hour before and one hour after the meals. Drinking while taking meals is all right. Drinking butter milk at the end of meals is very good specially at lunch time. Drinking a glass of warm milk at the time of going to bed helps in evacuation, the next morning. In case of severe constipation mixing two tea spoonful of castor oil in the milk is very helpful. Do not stay up late in the night. Regulate your sleeping hours. Ayurveda advises to go to bed early and rise early. Two hours of sleep before midnight is better than four hours after midnight. In the morning after waking up, drink about one liter of water, preferably warm water, walk around in your room for a few minutes and then go for evacuation. This helps in cleaning the bowels. In case there is an accumulation of ama (toxins) in the colon, which is the case if the tongue is coated, fasting is beneficial. Use of oil or ghee (clarified butter) in the food helps in cleaning the stools. Massaging the whole body with oil once or twice a week and applying oil or ghee on the naval every day helps in curing constipation. Taking lemon juice mixed with warm water two or three times a day also cleans the bowels. One or two tea spoons of aloe gel can be taken twice a day. An enema with warm water in case of severe conditions gives immediate relief. Enema with half cup of sesame oil mixed with half cup warm water is beneficial in case of dry and hard stools. One tea spoon of psyllium husk with a cup of warm water at the time of going to bed during the night is a nice remedy for constipation. Very common ayurvedic medicine for constipation used by many ayurvedic physicians is triphala churna. It is a powder made by grinding three kinds of fruits or herbs. This powder is now available in many western countries. 3 to 6 gms. Of this powder taken at the time going to bed with warm water or milk helps in having a clean bowel motion the next morning.

Hello,Take healthy balanced diet including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Take a sound sleep of 8 hours minimum. Apply bakson's under eye cream on the dark circles. Apply Ramdev's aloe vera gel on the whole face at night. Home remedy:-Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Repeat twice daily for about a week or more. Another option is to mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal amounts. Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Follow this remedy daily for at least one week. Use Bakson's lip balm on your lips at daily night.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Dear sir, My age is 37 years, I had back pain and sciaticasince 28 april 2010. I was continuing treatment in all Ayurveda, allopathy, homeopathy. I had a temporary relief at the time of taking medicine. But no permanent relief. My family back ground got married in June 2009. We lived together around five months, she was pregnant and she left me for delivery to his home. A male child born after that she did not returned to me. Many family councils attended but no use finally we got divorce. She got married by october 2016. Now also am getting thoughts of her. Unable to forget her. My father aged 72 years and prepares food for me, now am in search of bride and no one is coming forward to marry me because of second marriage. My present behaviour/symptoms as on November 2016. Numbness in both foots, hands, some thing wrong in my head that I can not say clearly about it. Feeling uneasy when I sit, walk, lethargy mind, forgetfulness, when I speak to some other person, I think of my behaviour that how I behaved with the person, some times laughing, speaking the same lonely. 1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal exercises. 3. Get your lumber spine x ray done. 4. Don't sit on floor. 5. Don't lift heavy things. 6. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 7. Do Hot fermentation twice a day. 8. Wear lumber spine belt. 9. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.
