Pls do a blood test called serum b-hcg. Tell me the value. After ths report we hv a better idea of wt is happening and you wud need a few more tests.

Hi, I suggest, first and foremost you figure out the allergen (s) that triggers your asthma. Dust, smoke, pollen, fungi, animal hair, insects, certain food items like wheat, egg, chocolates, flesh foods etc, cold/ hot air, stress, acidity et al are common allergens that might precipitate asthma and the triggers vary from person to person. Do you have any other triggers apart from dust-mites? so, once you identify all the right trigger (s), try your level best to avoid the same. Simultaneously, make sure your diet/ nutrition, lifestyle including bowel habits et al are streamlined. Learn to relax and keep your stress levels low. Its advisable to eat in moderation and less than your full capacity than eating to your full. Try avoiding tea, coffee, spices, chillies, pickles, extremely hot & cold/ chilled foods for they cause acidity and trigger asthma in some. Do consume citrus fruits/ vegetables rich in vit c as they help strengthen your immunity. Warm saline gargling, at least once daily, shall help protect you from throat related afflictions that often trigger asthma in certain people. Mostly, fresh air, dry climate, regular exercise go a long way in helping avert precipitation of an attack. Daily consumption of ginger-tulsi tea helps a lot too, unless you have reservations. Similarly, freshly ground turmeric taken along with honey and black pepper helps control allergies and inflammations systemically. Inhaling the scent of honey during an asthma attack also helps breathe easier. Learning well & practicing yogasanas/ postures and breathing techniques/ pranayams help streamline/ regulate breathing patterns, and increase the airflow to the lungs, increases its air capacity, exercises the respiratory muscles etc, thereby improving the lung function overall. It also helps de-stress and relax thereby facilitating breathe easily, and properly. It is advisable to learn the techniques/ asanas from a trained person who can advise rightly in line with your medical conditions/ requirements. Hope this helps. Hello, Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , once a day. Apply jaborandi Hair Oil (SBL) on your hair and scalp thrice in a week. Wash the hair with Montana herbal shampoo(SBL). Take amla powder +Seasame seed powder, 1-1 tsp both with water once daily.

If you want to reduce weight the simplest form is you take daily warm water before fresh and slight running and walking and take a glass of lemon water to reduce weight and increase stamina and quality of body.
