It is due to hyperacidity.Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast,have bland diet,avoid spicy food,excess tea or coffee,avoid smoking.Take home made food,avoid food from outside. Drink plenty of water.Don't skip or postpone your meal.You need 7-8 hours sleep to remain healthy.Consult for further advice

This is usually because they have a high body metabolism rate which doesn’t allow fat to accumulate, resulting in faster burning of calories. Fortunately, there are several tips to gain weight, which are not only effective, but healthy as well. How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Masturbation is normal, natural and never unhealthy. Even animals do masturbate. As a human being, you are also an animal. Every animal has sexual instinct because they are designed to reproduce. Human being also has sexual instinct and therefore he needs to satisfy sexual instinct. Therefore, to satisfy sexual instinct, a man or woman, masturbates. In any case, masturbation is never unhealthy or will never affect your physical or sexual health or it cannot affect your future sex life and the ability to have children. Masturbation cannot affect your growth or cause pimples or cause hair fall or cause shrinkage of penis or loss of vital nutrients or cause problems in testis size or colour etc. Masturbation cannot increase your belly fat or cause obesity. Symptoms include excessive thirst urination and hunger and tiredness obesity excessive perspiration delayed wound healing problems in your gums. You need to monitor your blood glucose level regularly and take insulin or any other oral hypoglycaemic drugs accordingly an have less carbohydrate diet. And minimise or completely avoid sugar intake.
