Hi lybrate-user. Its unlikely that she is pregnant if test is negative. Specially as she she bleeding, however less it maybe. As long as she is getting periods it's unlikely that she could be pregnant.

I am losing my hair and I am try all shampoo but no effect. So tell me what should I do?

Vaidya Visharad
Ayurveda, Narnaul
Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.

I have joint pain. Osteoarthritis. I have noticed that drinking water stored in copper pitcher has mitigated the pain to some extent. Is it just coincidental or there a better explanation for that?

BHMS
Homeopath, Chennai
Copper which is required mineral to our body and its usage will reduce infection which spread through drinking water and copper physiology is stated Copper is both essential and toxic to living systems. As an essential metal, copper is required for adequate growth, cardiovascular integrity, lung elasticity, neovascularization, neuroendocrine function, and iron metabolism. An average adult human ingests about 1 mg of copper per day in the diet; about half of which is absorbed (Harris 1997). An expert committee of the World Health Organization recommends 30 micrograms (µg) per kilogram (kg) of body weight per day, which equates to about 2 mg per day for an average adult (WHO 1996). The Food and Nutrition Board (FNB) recommends dietary copper intake of 1.5–3.0 mg per day for adults (NRC 1989).

Hello. my gf wants to improve her breast size what is the possible way to do that ?

BHMS
Homeopath,
Dear lybrate user, kindly note that the mammary glands are composed of only fat. So to increase the size of the breasts fat must get accumulated at the lower part of nipple. She should take homoeopathic onosmodium 1m, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. Also she needs to take homoeopathic mother tincture sabal serrulata q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Along with the aforesaid oral medicines she can massage any breast-developing oil available in market. Remember to massage the oil from downwards to upwards. Start from the lower part of the nipple & massage the oil upwards.
