• Wake up at the same time each day, no matter how little sleep you got the night before. On weekends, follow the same schedule, so your body adheres to the same pattern all week long. You’ll fall asleep faster. • Every morning, go for a walk. It doesn’t have to be a long walk, but it should definitely be outdoors. The presence of natural light (even if the day is overcast) tells your groggy body it’s time to wake up for the day. With your body clock set by the great outdoors, you’ll sleep better at night. • Try not to nap during the day, no matter how tired you feel. People who don’t have insomnia often benefit from a short afternoon nap. However, if you’re napping in daytime only to turn into a wide-eyed zombie at night, there’s a good chance that that afternoon snooze is disrupting your body clock. Dear lybrate-user, It could be infection of hair follicle, or any other boil. Only after examining the area we can be sure of it. If it turn out to be infection, you need to take antibiotics and painkillers. Only painkiller will not help you. Consult Physicians. I wish for your rapid recovery.

Your blood pressure and heart should be checked by ecg, 2d echo. See a md physician or a cardiologist. This complaint should be throughly investigated first. And if everything is normal, then we can consider it for other normal measures like worms, vitamin deficiency.

My dad who's age 47 nw had stones in pancreas of 10mm later by ercp method they have removed the stones but my dad was having severe abdomen n back pains so contacting doctors found its pancreatic cancer n it was in 1st stage n during d surgery process cancer was in stage 2a. They removed bile duct, gallbladder, head of pancreas as far as I know, next which treatment should be given chemo or radiotherapy & I want to know how many days he will survive plss tell me with the experience of patients. I don't want to loose my dad so soon we need him pls!

BHMS
Homeopath,
See no one can predict the time how many days he will survive. Second thing cancer is not curable disease. So only we can increase the life of patient with surgery chemo n radio with supportive care. So whatever oncologist n oncosurgeon tell you go with them have a faith in them. Chemo is used for killing the cells m radio is used for killing the metas.

Everything You Want To Know About Infidelity

Ph. D - Psychology
Psychologist, Delhi
Everything You Want To Know About Infidelity

Infidelity is defined as having an affair, as cheating or as committing actions associated with adultery, while being in a relationship characterized by a stated contract involving emotional or sexual exclusivity. It is also stated as a violation of a couple’s assumed set of relationship norms and rules. This violation may lead to rivalry or sexual jealousy between couples.

Types of Infidelity:

  1. Opportunistic Infidelity: It originates when an individual is in love with his/her partner but has sexual urge for some other individual. This type of infidelity is characterized by irrepressible lust, risk-taking behavior or situational circumstances.

  2. Romantic Infidelity: This kind of infidelity occurs when an individual is at the verge of falling out of love with his/her spouse.

  3. Commemorative Infidelity: It occurs when an individual has completely fallen out of love with his/her partner, but there is still commitment in the relationship.

  4. Obligatory Infidelity: This kind of infidelity arises when a person surrenders himself/herself to someone else’s sexual advancement due to fear of rejection, even though there is a strong attachment to the committed partners.

  5. Conflicted Infidelity: This type of infidelity is being sexually attracted to multiple people while being in a committed relationship.

Few Causes:

  1. Men indulge in extramarital affairs when they are sexually unsatisfied. Whereas women get involved in extramarital affairs when they are emotionally unsatisfied.

  2. When a person is able to separate sexual preferences from love, infidelity takes place.

  3. Lack of understanding, lack of communication and sexual incompatibility leads to infidelity.

  4. Marital dissatisfaction is the root cause of adultery in both sexes.

  5. Other factors of infidelity including, being educated, being less religious, more chances to see potential partners, living in an urban area, liberal thinking etc.

How to Overcome Infidelity?

  1. Try not to fall for every whim and fancy; this way you can keep away from an affair.

  2. The person who had an affair must discuss on the affair and what led to it, openly and willingly.

  3. There must be a recovery timetable set by the betrayed person, so as to cope with the trauma of being cheated on.

  4. There must be mutual willingness regarding future commitments and promises.

  5. There will always be ups and downs in a relationship, in which an affair has taken place, but the couple must be patient and hold on to the relationship as the pathway to recovery is difficult, but not impossible to walk on. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Psychologist.
