Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

No it is good only. Masturbation is a very healthy form of sexual outlet, do not feel guilty about it. Nearly 99% of men and more than 60% of women masturbate. It starts from adolescence and goes on in some people even till death. The pleasure (orgasm) from masturbation is said to be unique from sexual intercourse. In men, most of the liquid contains only water and some fructose and hormones. Hence it does not drain your energy. Many equate masturbation/ seminal fluid loss to lack of energy, impotency and so on. Hi lybrate-user, This is due to acid reflux disorder and it usually happens after lying down or at night. You should avoid having late meals and heavy oily meals at night. Check the foods and food ingredients eaten during the day and especially the last meal. You can start a 30 min walk after your food and take an extra pillow at night to avoid the regurgitation. However, these are temporary measures. An acid reflux sometimes could be a part of an underlying peptic or gastric ulcer or gastritis or a gallstone and this will require a treatment that involves reducing the acid levels in your body and treating the underlying conditions and defects if present. With pcod weight loss is very tough, and takes long time, along with gyming or exercise take healthy diet including fruits, dairy products and vegetables, without skipping meals. Drink lots of juices and water. Quit coffee, canned and fried food.
