Your wife needs to be checked internally (vaginal examination) by a gynecologist for any local cause of bleeding. She may even require a sonography for the uterus and ovaries. Please do not neglect and see a gynecologist immediately.

Hello, to remove rashes and darkening of skin this ayurvedic tip- a) scrub that area with manjistha + sariva powder b) apply amba haldi powder lepa with milk on spots c) start arogyawardhini vati 1 tab twice a day d) avoid spicy and junk diet.

Three simple ways to reduce cholesterol. 1. Eat healthy: Diet rich in fruits n vegetables, low in fats and simple carbohydrates like sugar, more in fibre. Hi, welcome to lybrate most causes of sleeplessness are due to wrong habits and the good news is that it is very very easy to cure them 1. You have to first have a natural circadian rhythm a. Try to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day. B. And wake at the same time 2. Food a. Do not take coffee or tea after 6 pm b. Milk can be taken 3. Light a. Cover the windows and doors with curtains and avoid light b. Avoid watching tv lying in bed c. Avoid mobile phones / tablets 4. Exercise a. Walk for 45 minutes after dinner b. Take a bath after that try the above simple techniques for two weeks and let me know how much you have improved.

Hi lybrate-user, fat loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. Water- having about 1 glass water every hour will help in flushing toxins from your system and if you are fit you will automatically be more confident and smart.

Hi, Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night.
