You may be having hyperacidity.follow the advice given below 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 9. if no relief,you may have to do upper GI endoscopy after consulting Gastro enterologist 10.Consult me for further advice

Hi, To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Take sprouts daily. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

You seem to be hurting from something in the past or having worries about the future. In any case you are probably using anger as a quick fix to reduce your emotional disturbance which is actually more detrimental for you as well as your relationships. Anger is a secondary emotion and hides many primary emotions like sadness, fear, anxiety, embarrassment etc which the person doesn't want to show as their self esteem can be hurt by this. I suggest that you explain your anger or whichever emotion that you are actually feeling and talk about it. This is called assertive talking. You can learn this in counselling how to explain your anger and talk about it, how to show your anger without damaging your relationships ships and your health. How to draw boundaries with people who hurt/ make fun of you. Also remember that people are very different from you and will have different opinions, perspectives, thoughts and prejudices about the same topic. So you need to develop tolerance, understanding and acceptance for these differences because no one is right or wrong. There multiple ways of solving a problem or doing things. You need to live harmoniously in society with people for your own survival needs. So adjustment and flexibility of thoughts is a desired quality to lead a peaceful and purposeful life.

Mr. Lybrate-user, your blood sugar is really in excellent control. At 75 years, adding weight may become a bit difficult. But you might try taking some additional protein powder (ment for diabetes patient). Or increase your intake a bit, but that is likely to increase blood sugar level.

What is nasal pholips? how immunity and strength can be increased? my nephew is 10 years old, for past 5 years he quite often suffers from cold and cough continued with fever. Even a glass of cold water, results in tonsils and cold with fever. 1-2 hours of outdoor play makes him dull, he feels weekness and thus falls ill. Exertion results in illness. What may be the cause and cure for the same.

It all due to nasal polyps. They can recur even after surgery. A good nasopharyngeal hygiene can help with good nutritious diet. Try ennhale nasal spray 1 spray each nostril/day with telekast f 1tab/day with break. Can consult ent specialists.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Grind masoor dal to fine flour. Take a spoon of it and soak in small raw milk[ to make paste] for 15 min and then apply the paste on face. Leave it for about 20 min and then wash. Do the procedure once in a week.This is very effective in removing scars of pimples and also fair the complexion.

Hii. I would like to know what measures can be taken or changes be made in my diet so as to get some relief from abdominal and severe back pain during periods instead of taking pain killers. Hi, Pain during menses is just like pain during defecating/urination/swallowing/sneezing/breathing its not normal at all. It should smooth / free just like how above happens. To share well for you is to know better about your habites of food, routine/exercise. N so on to the extend of your previous medical/surgical history. Till you visit your Dr. Just follow tips 1) reduce salt intake in any form 2) add your choice of warm up/yoga in early morning 3) add warm cup of buttermilk with ajwayan n jira/cumin seeds before n after food. 4) sos you can have dashmularishtha 4tsf with equal amount of water for 15 days before food. Nutritious whole grains include oats, brown rice, quinoa, air-popped popcorn and barley. For convenient options, choose prepared foods such as breads, cereals, crackers and pastas that list whole grains as a main ingredient. Protein plays an important role in tissue repair and immune function. Choose sources low in saturated fats, such as beans, lentils, skinless white-meat poultry and fish. Avoid saturated fat sources, such as red and processed meats, that can increase inflammation. Cold-water fish, such as salmon and sardines, avoid alcohol and highly caffeinated drinks, such as energy drinks and coffee, which can interfere with rest. Stop smoking. You're more likely to get pneumonia if you smoke. Avoid people who have infections that sometimes lead to pneumonia. Stay away from people who have colds, the flu, or other respiratory tract infections. If you haven't had measles or chickenpox or if you didn't get vaccines against these diseases, avoid people who have them. Wash your hands often. This helps prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria that may cause pneumonia. Get plenty of rest. Drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration. Take care of your cough if it is making it hard for you to rest. A cough is one way your body gets rid of the infection. And you should not try to stop your coughing unless it is severe enough to make breathing difficult, cause vomiting, or prevent rest.

Hi lybrate user, the initial intercourse will be painful you can try using lubricating jellys like lubic jelly or ky jelly 10 min before coitus, if this is not helping you then you need to see a gyneac for examination n if it's very narrow it can be enlarged by a small procedure. In case of breast enlargement you can consult a plastic surgeon.

For the adequate amount of protein in my diet, I drink 2.5 liters of pasteurized milk during the whole day and I have been following this schedule for over an year now. However, I wanted to know if drinking so much amount of milk could have adverse effects on my health? Like causing kidney stone? Please suggest. Drinking so much milk will not affect you in anyway as long as you drink a lot of water. Only problem is that milk has been found to be a causative agent for diabetes. So if you have a family history of diabetes then try to reduce the quantity and be on the safer side. Also milk has high fat content. As long as you exercise a lot and burn up the fat it will not be a problem but if you have a sedentary lifestyle then it may cause cardiac problems. Other than that no problem. The kidney stone even if it forms will be washed out out of the system as long as you drink a lot of water and pass adequate amount of water.

hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. do regular exercise atleast the 15 minutes. take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. you should do belly exercise and skipping. don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. avoid junk food and oily food. take small and frequent meals. you can consult me privately online on lybrate i"ll give you menu plan.

Consume fresh fruits and juices carrot, grape, etc. Coconut water in after noon. Avoid fried, spicy and pungent food. 1- lodhra powder 50 gm + manjistha powder 50 gm + arjun powder 50 gm + tankan bhasma 10 gm, mix in mixer, make it very fine (kapad chan), take 3-4 gm mix in honey and apply the paste on dark circles twice in a day keep for 1-2 hours and later wash with warm water (take care that paste may not enter in eye) 2- sarivadyasava 15 ml twice daily with water after food 3- triphala churna 5-6 gm at bed time with warm water continue for 3-4 months and give feed back after every month.

Hi.Now a days many of them are fighting with overweight problem, but to the contraversy you are suffering from underweight problem. Increasing your weight is not a tuff process rather than decreasing the weight. Hello, the success rate of ipill is 99%. So you may experience a withdrawal bleed after 5-7 days and that shall ensure further that you are pregnancy safe. The next menses would be a month later from the day of start of withdrawal bleed.
