Hello, egg white, carrote, milk. Pls dont go with steroids, it will build up your muscle but will effect your central nerves system indeed your brain functioning will slow down. Take a protein supplement read ingredients before you take, protein % should be more than 50% easily digestible and from natural plant source. Should also keep hormonal balancing and build up your lean muscle also. Very good for health if any degeneration in the body will also be cured. It shows fatty liver. Start walking for 30 days and repeat it after one month if normal continue walking otherwise medication needed.
