Hi lybrate-user, to lose weight you need to follow these (1) don't eat sugar and sugar sweetened juice like fruit juice, health drink, coffee, soft drinks etc because these increases belly fat and liver fat which leads to insulin resistance and host of metabolic problems. Instead of that eat whole fruits which are fiber rich and mitigate the negative effect of fructose. (2) include more protein in your diet to reduce fat as well as it will avoid re-gaining weight. Include protein like fish, egg, lean chicken, mushroom, cottage cheese, seafood, dairy products etc. Along with physical exercise you can use whey protein. This is a healthy and convenient way to boost your total intake. (3) take low carb foods like whole grain, brown rice, wheat, brown bread etc. (4) eat more fruits and vegetables as these are high in fiber which helps to reduce weight. (5) take healthy fat like refined oil, fish oil like sardine, olive oil etc (6) regular exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga, push ups, sit ups etc. (7) plenty of water about 3 lit/day. (8) quality sleep and stress free life.

For baldness or severe hair fall you can rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. This juice act as skin irritant it irritates the follicle{from where the hair grow} and grow the new hair.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Chewing Gum Is Marvellous for Your Brain

Though we may think of chewing gum as something that is a recent thing for mankind, it is not so. Chewing gum or bark or chicle has been around for centuries now. Even the ancient civilizations like Aztec talk about chewing gums. With a lot of curiosity, studies were conducted to see what other effects chewing gums have.

As early as in 1939, Leta Hollingsworth did some detailed studies and came up with linkages between chewing gum and cognitive functions.

Over the subsequent years, though more detailed understanding of the chewing process and neural pathway is established, more correlation has been established. It has been shown to have benefits on memory, alertness, anxiety, improved learning and memory and hunger management.

What sort of a gum are you chewing, that also decides the effect it has. The texture, the flavor, and the density are some of the parameters that needs to be considered. The most common explanation is that chewing gum improves blood flow to the brain and therefore has these beneficial effects.

Chewing a gum induces what is known as mastication induced arousal. Mastication or chewing in layman terms, of the gum induces production of certain chemicals in the brain and also gives a form of physical exercise that promotes blood flow and thereby, improves performance. What is also interesting is that studies showed improved performance if gum is chewed before the test, but had no significant result if chewed during the test.

Chewing gum is also shown to reduce cortisol levels and that explains why anxiety is better managed by people who constantly chew gum. In addition, for people with depression too, this simple, easily available gum may be the best method of treatment. It has been shown to stimulate the ventral part of the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for causing depression.

In the workplace, it is not uncommon to see chew gums in the midst of meetings to improve their focus. Studies have actually shown a relation between chewing gum and improved focus, productivity, efficiency, and improved professionalism. When a survey was conducted at the end of the day, gum chewers reported higher levels of happiness being at the job and reduced fatigue and stress.

As a next level of confirmation, studies have been done where EEG and MRI scans have been done to establish the relationship between chewing gum and improved brain function. This needs some more corroboration, which will happen in the coming years, but the benefits of chewing a gum are for sure. Further, in order to prevent yourself from various ailments it is advisable to get your complete body check up done.

You are suffering from dysmenorrhoea which should be initially treated with meftal spas three times a day during menses. If the pain is too severe and not controlled by medicines then you would benefit by getting ultrasound done which can find ovarian cyst or endometriosis or fibroids.

1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6.
