These are the causes of white hair: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to malnutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions : • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours .Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself . • You can apply amla powder , Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it . • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo . • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily ,and a glass of milk also .You can eat cheese or soya protein . • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily .you can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying . • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo . •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

Don't cut ur beard hair until they grew long,,apply castor oil,,massage ur face daily,, scrubbing also important thing to do,,with this u need proper homoepathic treatment to cure this problem

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine:- 1) belladona 30 (5 drops three times a day) 2) pyrogenium 30 (5 drops three times a day) make a gap of 10 mins between both medicines. Take these for one week. Update me after one week. Stay healthy.

Vitiligo occurs due to the melanin deficiency. Vit d deficiency, b12 deficiency can also be there. Natural ways to overcome are:- 1. Sit under the sun during morning hours for 30 minutes exposing the vitiligo patches. 2. Drink triphala water 500 ml to 1 liter per day. 3. Eat barley (jau) dishes at least one time a day. If you can apply bakuchi oil on patches/ vitiligo lesions before sitting in sun, it would be more beneficial. Warning:- bakuchi oil sometimes causes skin itching, eruptions after sitting in sun. If these occurs, apply coconut oil for few days on lesions, then continue bakuchi oil again. You can take few ayurvedic medicines too along with which helps in healing faster. Get well soon.

Diet management is helpful for loosing weight. 1- you should take green tea 3-4 time / day. 2- take lukewarm water in early morning with lemon juice. 3- take heavy breakfast which is rich in mineral, vitamin, avoid fatty product like cheese, white bread. 4- take lunch litter than breakfast. 5- take dinner litter than lunch. Do not take dinner after 8 pm. Do some exercise like cardio (slow walking 30-45 min), yoga.
