No there is no medicine to speed up the recovery this disease will take its normal course of action minimum 10 days and it is advisable not to send the child to the school or institution as this disease is very contagious.

A dog had bitten me 5 years ago. Now I don't have any symptoms of rebbies. What should I do?

1. The incubation period of rabies (the period between the bite and appearence of symptoms) may vary from 10-90 days. Some times it can develop as early as within 4 days 2. Since you were bitten by a dog 5 years back, you don't have to worry about rabies now.

The risk of rupture of aneurysm of this size is low. But you should avoid strenuous exercise to be on the safer side.

Eat heart-healthy foods. Eat a healthy diet that's low in salt and solid fats and rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Exercise regularly. Exercise daily and increase your physical activity. Quit smoking. If you smoke and can't quit on your own, talk to your doctor about strategies or programs to help you break a smoking habit. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight increases your risk of developing heart disease. Keep blood pressure and cholesterol levels under control. Make lifestyle changes and take medications as prescribed to correct high blood pressure (hypertension) or high cholesterol. Drink alcohol in moderation. For healthy adults, that means up to one drink a day for women of all ages and men older than age 65, and up to two drinks a day for men age 65 and younger. Maintain follow-up care. Take your medications as prescribed and have regular follow-up appointments with your doctor. Tell your doctor if your symptoms worsen.

As on date Viagra is the only medicine for Erectile Dysfunction' which gives results. However you have to cut down on cigarettes which don't go with Viagra!

Erection issue! IN starting my penis gets enlarged like anything. Strongest ! but whenever I hold my ejaculation for maximum, my penis gets weaker by the size as well as by hardiness. Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time Go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every Night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background 'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

2nd day of honeymoon she start vomiting, and become partly unconscious, after sometime she would all right, now whenever she spend time with husband like movie, shopping when she returned home start vomiting, partly unconscious. looks like she is taking undue tension which is triggering these events. The husband needs to counsel her. take care be polite and gain her confidence before touching her as she may be stressed out with the thought of sex. Give her time to open up. don't be in a haste.

Hi Saravan 1.Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food, Take home made food 2.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 3.Take Proper Diet, like milk,vegetables/ fruits, good protein like soya, sprouts, Paneer etc 4. Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 5. Moderate physical activity regularly 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast

Long standing cold may be due to allergy called Allergic Rhinitis. You may have to find the causative factor of allergy and avoid it if possible. A defect in nose like Deviated Nasal septum. Consult ENT Specialist for these complaints. For weakness etc. better see a consulting Physician as you may require a thorough clinical examination and wide variety of investigations which can throw more light on possible conditons.

Conservative management of varicose veins is through limb elevation, avoiding long hours of standing at a stretch, wearing dvt stockings, pneumatic compression pumps and few medicines which improve the circulation of blood in vessels. Surgical management is through stripping of veins, sclerotherapy and newer modalities like cryosurgery.
