Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap. Prepare a neem leaves mustard oil and apply on your skin. Avoid hot food & spicy food.

You have solve your self. Joining gym. Excellent. Keep it up for long long time. Do not stop for any reason. You can start abdominal crunch under guidance of gym instructor. Increase slowely. Avoid oily food, fast food, party food, chees, butter, ghee, oil etc. Increase salad in diet, do not tale full meal -pet bharke nahi khana-thoda less khana. Continue these for years. Take time but definitely you will have result.

Take all protein rich foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc to be healthy both physically and mentally.

Me and my gf just got married. We both are virgins. I am unable to penetrate her as the vagina is very small and she becomes tense in anticipation of the pain. Use a silicone based lube. Have enough foreplay before insertion. Get her a tablet of paracetamol 500 mg half an hour before you both engage in intercourse. If you still get problem you can consult back for further help.

Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. You change your food habit if no any other problems like heredity or health problems. Increase eating frequently. Use high calorie foods like ghee, butter etc. Do not skip meals. Take nuts, seeds. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Eat more protein foods. Use healthy fats in cooking extra. Avoid smoking, alcohol. No water during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. T.

Hello, Though the chances of pregnancy are fairly low, and ideally withdrawal bleeding starts in next 7-10 days, so you may choose to wait for few more days, else you may get a serum beta hcg test done to rule out pregnancy as on date.

Hi lybrate user, you could be suffering from urine infection please get urine routine microscopy. If their is no infection of the urine then get local examination done from gynecologist to rule out vaginal infection . In the meantime please drink lots of water, use washroom frequently. A well balanced diet which is rich in calcium, phosphorus, iodine and magnesium is extremely important for proper growth. Hi you can apply perlice cream rinse on your hair and scalp, keep it for 10 minutes and then wash it off. You can repeat the application after a week. And you can repeat it again if you still feel lice in your hair.
