Hello, There Are various treatment for keloids like intralesional steroid, 5FU, Botox, Cryo laser, radiotherapy etc. For ear lobule keloid Surgery followed by steroid injection and pressure therapy works. If its small then you can go only for injections. Consult a plastic surgeon.

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

Ovulation is release of ovum from ovary which occurs once in a month in most of women. Most of women do not find any change in body, some may appreciate little discomfort pain in abdomen, some may feel change in discharge per vagina, very few feel spotting. Kindly take rest and give your back the time to recover from the burden. As it is the best treatment for acute back pain. Take liquid diet like daliya, mooong daal soup, plantains, khichdi. Take warm water at least 3 liters a day. An take ashtavarga kshayam 30 ml twice a day with warm water, empty stomach. Do gentle massage with vishagarbha oil (warm it) and do hot fomentation with water bag. Take myostaal forte, 2 tabs twice a day after meals (chew the tabs for best results). Continue the regime for 15 days, and do take rest on flat bed. Avoid bending instantly, lifting heavy weight. Good luck.

For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Identifying and treating any underlying causes can help you get the better sleep you deserve. If above things doesn't help you, then consult us for homeopathic medicines.

You must never stop medication without the doctor's advice. Also. Ideally, you should be on medication and counseling and if you are episode-free for three years, you can be weaned off of it but always with the approval of the doctor. Counseling is very important together​ with medication.
