Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. That is why couple should have 12 to 24 cycles of unprotected sex around time of ovulation before going to Gynecologist or infertility specialist for further evaluation and advise.

How should I reduce my weight.
The best way to avoid health problems is to maintain a healthy weight. And the keys to healthy weight are regular exercise and good eating habits. To stay active, try to exercise 30 to 60 minutes every day. Your exercise doesn’t have to be hard. Walking, swimming, and stretching are all good ways to burn calories and can help you stay fit. Try these activities to get moving: Go outside for a walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk or bike to places (such as school or a friend’s house) instead of driving. If you have to drive somewhere, park farther away than you need to and walk the extra distance. Tackle those household chores, such as vacuuming, washing the car, or cleaning the bathroom – they all burn calories. Alternate activities so you don’t get bored: Try running, biking, skating. Limit your time watching TV or playing video games; even reading a book burns more energy. Go dancing — it can burn more than 300 calories an hour! Eating well doesn’t mean dieting over and over again to lose a few pounds. Instead, try to make healthy choices every day. Soft drinks, fruit juices, and sports drinks are loaded with sugar; drink fat-free or low-fat milk or water instead. Eat ample amount of fruit and vegetables every day. Eat a healthy breakfast every day. Don’t eat meals or snacks while watching TV because you’ll probably end up eating more than you intend to. Pay attention to the portion sizes of what you eat. If you want a snack, try carrot sticks, a piece of fruit, or a piece of whole-grain toastinstead of processed foods like chips and crackers, which can be loaded with fat and calories. Eat when you’re hungry, not when you’re bored or because you can’t think of anything else to do.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

irregular periods can affect to be pregant in a way, you don't know your ovulation day. But no problem you can do =Ovulation study from 10 day of cycle. When you get rupture ovum ,on that day you should keep sexual contact with your husband.

It is very important to keep your face clean when trying to prevent pimples. Washing your face removes dirt, impurities and any excess oil that has built up on the surface of your skin. Ideally, you should wash your face facial cleanser. Use a clean dry towel to pat your face dry In addition to looking out for noncomedogenic moisturizers, you should be careful to choose a product that suits your skin type. For example, if you have very oily skin you may want to use a lighter, gel-based moisturizer, whereas if you you have dry, flaky skin, you may need a heavier, cream-based one? Stay away from foods like potato chips, chocolate, pizza and fries. These foods are high in fat, sugar and starch, which is not good news for your skin or your overall health. You don't need to deprive yourself completely, just try to limit your intake a little

I went for a NCC camp for 10 days. The camp was really hard n we used to stay in Sun working hard for nearly 6 to 7 hours. I have tanned really bad. Now my face becomes oily as soon as I go out in Sun. I became approx 3 to 4 shades darker. I want my skin texture back. Should I go through a chemical peel? Give me opinions.

You may also go for peels and skin polishing to reduce tan. If you would like to go for a more natural approach, you can try rubbing the slices of lemons, potato, tomatoes, cucumber which are also found to be beneficial in clearing the complexion. I am 26 years old I was prescribed with clonafit 0.25 for lack of sleep, which I stopped suddenly after 3 pills cause I developed fear and anxiety due to the withdrawal effects. Although I gained control upon myself for 1 month and been working but now I am having numbness, headache,irritability ,etc .Please help me .i don't want to go for psychiatric meds.

Dear no need to take any sleeping pills. Do head massage with almond oil and foot massage with til tail. Take milk at night ans see the results.

Safflower oil for hair fall for preventing hair loss and baldness safflower oil can be used. This oil is rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids which are vital for healthy hairs. You can find two varieties of safflower oils in the market, both of which can be used for hair care. Safflower oil is helpful for permed, colored and dry hair. Use safflower oil for massaging the scalp. Leave it on overnight and rinse in the next morning. Use it every alternate day to get healthy hair.

Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. *Lycopodium 30, 3 drops once daily in the morning for 7 days. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. . Avoid heavy spicy and oily food , pickles. Revert me after 7 days.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Get thyroid tested, ecg & halter for heart, x ray chest blood for hb & sugar & eat a protein rich diet like milk, eggs, nuts, soy & lots of fruits and vegetables to give you vitamins & minerals. Regarding breathing problem, it can be pollution related or due to general weakness, the reports will confirm about the reason.

When I travel through crowded trains I get scared when people shout to someone as I think he is shouting me or when I hear loud noise on the street which is unexpected I even get scared when people are fighting on the street and I think I can not even fight with anyone if beaten I am even scared to stare at people ,i get scared to hold gaze with them its intimidating for me I am even afraid of dogs, rats and crackers I was afraid of even crackers in childhood I feel overwhelmed when someone shouts at me. I find it hard to shout at someone I even get stressed easily I am 23 years old right now ,i got a very bad name among my peers which is below I hate these words and it is seriously affecting my self esteem and I seriously want to become brave and do something big please help me.

Here is a way you could build your self esteem and self confidence in the situations which are causing you fear and anxiety: - Pick one situation that is scary to you and work on facing it little by little, in small steps. For example, start with being in a crowded place that is not too confined for you, such as a mall. Then, slowly work your way up to more crowded areas and eventually the train.
