Sometime I feel pain in my heart during winter. On doctor advice I got medical checkup but evey thing is normal. What is the reason of pain?

Sometime I feel pain in my heart during winter. On doctor advice I got medical checkup but evey thing is normal. What...
Examples of heart-related causes of chest pain include: Heart attack. A heart attack is a result of a blood clot that's blocking blood flow to your heart muscle. Angina. Thick plaques can gradually build up on the inner walls of the arteries that carry blood to your heart. These plaques narrow the arteries and restrict the heart's blood supply, particularly during exertion. Aortic dissection. This life-threatening condition involves the main artery leading from your heart — your aorta. If the inner layers of this blood vessel separate, blood will be forced between the layers and can cause the aorta to rupture. Pericarditis. This condition, an inflammation of the sac surrounding your heart, usually causes sharp pain that gets worse when you breathe in or when you lay down. Digestive causes Chest pain can be caused by disorders of the digestive system, including: Heartburn. This painful, burning sensation behind your breastbone occurs when stomach acid washes up from your stomach into the esophagus — the tube that connects your throat to your stomach. Swallowing disorders. Disorders of the esophagus can make swallowing difficult and even painful. Gallbladder or pancreas problems. Gallstones or inflammation of your gallbladder or pancreas can cause abdominal pain that radiates to your chest. Muscle and bone causes Some types of chest pain are associated with injuries and other problems affecting the structures that make up the chest wall. Examples include: Costochondritis. In this condition, the cartilage of your rib cage, particularly the cartilage that joins your ribs to your breastbone, becomes inflamed and painful. Sore muscles. Chronic pain syndromes, such as fibromyalgia, can produce persistent muscle-related chest pain. Injured ribs. A bruised or broken rib can cause chest pain. Lung-related causes Many lung disorders can cause chest pain, including: Pulmonary embolism. This cause of chest pain occurs when a blood clot becomes lodged in a lung (pulmonary) artery, blocking blood flow to lung tissue. Pleurisy. If the membrane that covers your lungs becomes inflamed, it can cause chest pain that's made worse when you inhale or cough. Collapsed lung. The chest pain associated with a collapsed lung typically begins suddenly and can last for hours. A collapsed lung occurs when air leaks into the space between the lung and the ribs. Pulmonary hypertension. High blood pressure in the arteries carrying blood to the lungs (pulmonary hypertension) also can produce chest pain. Other causes Chest pain can also be caused by: Panic attack. If you have periods of intense fear accompanied by chest pain, rapid heartbeat, rapid breathing, profuse sweating, shortness of breath, nausea, dizziness and a fear of dying, you may be experiencing a panic attack. Shingles. Caused by a reactivation of the chickenpox virus, shingles can produce pain and a band of blisters from your back around to your chest wall. So for heart related cause there are many effective medicines to prevent that pain like arjunarishta....hridyarnava ras....akeek pishti....if breathlessness then shwas kutha ras....shwas chintamani ras....etc....avoid oily food...spicy food...junk food....etc

What is the symptoms of dengue fever and how we make our health.

BHMS
Homeopath,
What is the symptoms of dengue fever and how we make our health.
The dengue fever has a sudden onset and symptoms may include: * fever for 3 to 7 days * intense headache and pain behind the eyes * muscle and joint pain **Take preventive Homoeopathic medicine Eupatorium perf. 200, 5 drops, twice a day for 3 days. * loss of appetite * vomiting and diarrhoea * skin rash * bleeding, usually from the nose or gums. Prevention of dengue Exclusion from childcare, preschool, school or work is usually not necessary but people experiencing fever from dengue infection should not be in an environment where they may be bitten by mosquitoes. If this is not possible they should stay at home until they have no fever and are therefore no longer infectious (usually 3 to 5 days). There is no vaccine to prevent human infection by this virus. Personal protection and the environmental management of mosquitoes are important in preventing illness. Prevent access of mosquitoes to an infected person with a fever. Protect yourself from mosquito bites at all times in dengue areas. The prevention of dengue requires control or eradication of the mosquitoes carrying the virus that causes dengue.

Well thinking is becoming your compulsion. It can create stress. One year of this complaint is a long duration. Now its time to get rid of it to prevent further progress of the same. I would recommend you to take homeopathic treatment. It will definitely help you to get cured completely as it will focus on origin of the complaints.

Follow Diet to Stay Healthy

PGDD, RD, Bachelor of Home Science
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Mumbai
Follow Diet to Stay Healthy

Most of us who browse the internet for some crazy diet or try to follow a diet made famous by some celebrity seem to believe that there is a certain diet that works for'all. Well, that's just not right.

We as an individual are so unique and biologically different from each other that our nutritional needs are very varied from that of our friend, sister, cousin or even our mother.

We are also trying to base our diet on some number we heard or read about especially counting calories and grams of carbohydrates/protein rather than looking at food as a source of nourishment and healing. I surely do not say that's wrong. As a clinical dietician it's my daily work to calculate the nutrient requirement of patients in the hospital or having a medical condition. But, going by some number or a fad has caused us to have a very guilt ridden and fearful relationship with food and our bodies. When I compare my diet with others or try to imitate someone else's diet I stop listening to the needs of my body.

The drawback to trying and aping some other persons diet is that because of the half knowledge coupled with the information you have gathered you may end up eating the wrong foods at the wrong time when not needed by the body. For example, you may eat any carbohydrate and any protein for breakfast, for instance- as long as it is the right measurements (numbers numbers numbers) as that will give you the right balance. That means I have that glass of orange juice because the packet says it has a certain number of calories which is what you needed in breakfast. The problem with this is how do you know if that carbohydrate is even nutritious? is that glass of juice which is high in sugars going to support your breakfast nutritional needs? my belief is that these foods will not support the nutritional needs of that person, at all!

Another reason why imitating diets wont work is because foods these days is not what it used to be. We are eating food that has travelled distances or the food we find in the supermarkets is laden in pesticides (unless organic) or it is processed into a form that is not recognised by the body as'food. Also some people may not be able to absorb the nutrients from their food because their gut is not in healthy condition or may have some disorder causing poor absorption of minerals or vitamins which are supposidly being taken through foods. These days'we are not what we eat but - what we absorb and assimilate.

The last but most important reason why aping a food trend does not help is because we look at a single food item in isolation. We expect a certain food or style of eating without considering the whole picture. For instance adding a certain food, say, green smoothie (made famous by some celebrity blogger) will not cause weight loss in isolation. The smoothie will give you some benefit only if coupled with a healthy lifestyle, exercise and wholesome diet routine. That's something that we conveniently overlooked.

We need to start taking care of the body from a holistic view and healing it from the inside out. Take into consideration your own body, it's reaction, your own body's needs before trying to imitate a certain diet routine.

Make your diet unique to'you'.

Get off imitating diets- they clearly don't work. They will only cause you more stress and complications in your body.

Trust the uniqueness of your own body.

Hello, What's your weight? As overweight can cause pain in body! Do take Calcium and Iron tablets regularly. Try to take enough rest (which might not be possible in your case because of small baby). If possible, start doing light exercises, you can take advise from physiotherapist as sitting for long hours which stagnant the blood circulation. Medication: Take Arnica 30 and Rhus Tox. 30 - both thrice daily for 3 weeks.

Malaria is a life-threatening disease transmitted through bite of anopheles mosquito infected with a plasmodium parasite. The parasites travel to the liver, where they mature and infect red blood cells. Symptoms of malaria develop within 1-4 weeks following the infection. Symptoms may appear in cycles. Episodes of symptoms may occur every 48 hours in infection with p. Vivax or p. Ovale.
