Follow the following medication and guidelines----start the treatment with single dose of tuberculinum 1m. After 1 week of this take the below:- * first week- you should take baryta carb 1m, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take thuja 1m, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- again take baryta carb 1m, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take thuja 1m, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *take rite -hite tablets from sbl, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow? s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *do yoga (especially tadasan) and stretching exercises. *revert after 1 month.

Having sex between 11 th day to 18 th day of female menstrual cycle is more advisable. As this period is considered as ovulation period so having sex in between these days. Is advisable. For better and positive pregnancy. It doesn't mean that having sex other than these days. Will not give positive result. But it is more suitable period. One has to calculate from first day of menstruation. Apart from these there are many pathological conditions which results in failure of pregnancy like thyroid, pcod, fibroid of uterus, hormonal imbalances and more. In males low sperm count, change in morphology of sperm, low levels of testosterone, impotency, erectile dysfunction, and several other factors. If your recently married no need to worry.

I am becoming fat now-a-days .I had fasting blood sugar level of 135 mg/dl today morning. I was diagnosed to be pre-diabetic. Doctor told me to take istamet tablet daily once after breakfast, if not I would become diabetic in 3 years. He told that 70% of people who had this drug were relieved from diabetes. Is it true. Dear lybrate-user, considering your height and weight your bmi looks ok. A fbs (fasting blood sugar) 135 mg% is not prediabetic. It falls in category of diabetes. Never rely only on fbs. Please check plbs (post lunchbs) and three months average hba1c at the onset of treatment. Istamet can't prevent or reverse diabetes.

frequent urination can be cause of other conditions besides diabetes. Get your blood glucose (fasting) checked to rule out diabetes. Take chandraprabha vati tabs, 2 tabs, twice a day, after meals with chandanasva, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water. Take bruhat vangeshwara rasa, 1 tabs, twice a day, 1 hr after meals with half a cup of milk. Cut down sugar , tea, cold water in take in your diet. continue the regime for 21 days. Stop bhruhat vangeshwara rasa after 21 days. Continue rest for 45 days. good luck

Dear , follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. The principal symptoms of dengue are: High fever and at least two of the following: Severe headache Severe eye pain (behind eyes) Joint pain Muscle and/or bone pain Rash Mild bleeding manifestation (e. G, nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: Severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting Red spots or patches on the skin Bleeding from nose or gums Vomiting blood Black, tarry stools (feces, excrement) Drowsiness or irritability Pale, cold, or clammy skin Difficulty breathing

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
