Use a salicylic acid/ glycolic acid based face wash. Get your comedones extracted regularly. Use a water based moisturizer, even oily skin needs hydration. scrub your face two times in week. Use a mud mask weekly. Take salicylic acid or glycolic acid peels every fifteen days or month to improve skin texture, control acne and reduce scars and marks. Take a well balanced nutritious diet and exercise daily. Avoid face massages or application of greasy cosmetics and oils.

You can try these home remedies to fade away your skin tan naturally: 1) Lemon juice has bleaching effect which helps in skin lightening- Take fresh lemon juice, add some honey to it and apply on your skin. Let it stay for 30 minutes and wash off. You can also add some sugar to the lemon juice and scrub your skin gently to slough off dead cells from the surface. 2) Yogurt and tomato-Tomato is rich in antioxidants that helps in brightening skin. Yogurt on the other hand contains lactic acid which softens the skin. Take raw tomato and remove the skin, Blend it with 1-2 tsp of fresh yogurt. Use this paste on your tan, and wash off after 20 minutes. Hydrate yourself well, always use a good SPF sunscreen to protect skin from tanning, use full sun protection means apply sunscreen at 9 am-12 pm-3 pm. Always use umbrella to protect your skin. This will surely helps to reduce your tan.

Irritation, or itching in Anus. Very insane. Don't know why. Excretion cycle is not regular. Constipation is present. How to resolve?

BHMS, MD - Alternate Medicine

The root cause of constipation is mostly a lifestyle habits, lot of refine flour, physical inactivity. So first we have to identify the cause. We can help you out if you can share your more details to us. For that to begin, you need to start taking three to four litters of fluid daily. High roughage diet, stopping refine flour in the diet, and moderate physical activity. You start with this you will see relief to a great extent. In case after this effects also if you don't get relief you can start homoeopathic. Please note make a fix time for toilet in a day.

My sister is suffering from some kind of skin problem. She has a black patch on her right cheek with hair growing in it.

Homeopath, Faridabad
My sister is suffering from some kind of skin problem. She has a black patch on her right cheek with hair growing in it.
Hi, It seems to be hairy pigmented naevi. The congenital nevomelanocytic nevus (CNN), known commonly as the congenital hairy nevus, denotes a pigmented surface lesion present at birth. Management and treatment of patients with CNN depends on the lesion’s size, location, and propensity for malignant transformation. Procedures used in surgical treatment include serial excision and reconstruction with skin grafting, tissue expansion, local rotation flaps, and free tissue transfer. Consult a Plastic surgeon. Adjunctive treatment options include chemical peels, dermabrasion, and laser surgeries.
